Had a really enjoyable visit to this place this afternoon, including a short but interesting tour from a personable and knowledgable guide, followed by some time to look around by ourselves. Loads of butterflies of all different types and a little video show at the end explaining some of the things we'd seen.

This is a very new establishment in El Valle. The owners have done a wonderful job pairing a butterfly conservatory with a cafe (great smoothies, freshly baked goodies, etc) - all in a lush, colourful setting. Beautiful flora, knowledgeable staff. There's even an onsite lab where you can peer in & see butterflies in all stages of growth. Fun to take the family or just go & enjoy a treat in a tranquil setting. Guided tours of the butterfly 'house' available. A little gem in the valley!

Bonito lugar, buen café y buena atención. Lo recomiendo. La principal atracción son la variedad de mariposas.
