We'll Bangui has a lot to improve and a lot to promise for the coming years and for the next generation. For the first timers it might me amazing and stunning. But for those who were able to see windmills elsewhere, It might be boring. I myself was a first timer when i went here last October 2014 and I don't find it exceptional. At least there are restaurants with viewing decks so that you can have a majestic view of the windmills and the beach. And nothing else.

We pass by here when we visit Pagupud and should be included in every itinerary if you're visiting Ilocos Norte. Just a TIP: if you want to get a souvenire, buy at the entrance becuase the price is double on site.

passed by the bangui windmills during family ilocos trip. the shear size of each windmill is awesome... however, the tourist viewing deck and shops could be improved... nipa roofs of the shops need repair.. the stalls were in disarray and in bad shape... or maybe we just came during off season (Feb)???

First time to visit Ilocos Province and it was a remarkable one. Bangui Windmills looks amazing and are beneficial for the locals, in terms of energy reserve and tourism.

If you're going to Ilocos. This place is the perfect place to relax! It's just as good as is. The views are perfect, you can take your pictures with the big electric fan. Haha. I mean, that's one of their source of energy which is interesting for me. I thought it's just a design. But the totality of the area. It was just simply awesome, good place to go with your special someone. While watching the sunset. I'm really hoping that we can go back sooner!

When we arrived at the area, it was very windy and the weather is good, sunny. We are amazed by the views and it feels like the clouds are very near to you compared here in Cebu City where it is polluted. Our trip was convenient for us since we booked our travel package with Smartway Travel and Tour Services Cebu, it is part of our itinerary to go there. We are not dismayed by the time we arrived, I just hope this kind of technology will be available in Cebu and other places, to be self sufficient with our electricity.

As a Filipino, I was so proud of the beautiful places in the Philippines. The windmills was so grand, piled up doing their thing with the wind and we are all so happy being swept away with strong winds. My mother in-law who was 79 yo. did not get out of the van because she feels she will be literally swept away. We had so much fun!!!!! I would recommend this place to everyone. A must see for those who are touring ILocos.

The wind in that region is indeed strong, so it's just fitting to put up a wind turbine tapping the potential energy in the region. The wind turbine is so huge and spread all over the beach side. The waves of the sea is also huge, though seem dangerous to go near it, we have to be watchful for our kids. We would love to come back there to spend more time.

Located in Bangui Ilocos Norte, kilometers away from Pagudpud beach, this tourist attraction and at the same time the source of electricity in most of the population in that province is definitely a sight to behold and a beautiful spot to take a selfie!.With more than 10 windmills that is very gigantic and amazing you'll surely won't leave Bangui without a snapshot of these windmills!.

Whether it's during a warm, sunny day or a blistering cold, rainy one, these windmills are a sight to behold. Thinking about their purpose, their sight is an astonishing wonder that one needs to catch sight of whenever one travels north. Prepare yourself for unrelenting winds that batter you from the open sea. Relax and enjoy the refreshing sea breeze.

We went to the beach to see the windmills and what a sight it is! Standing in line across the beach in Banguiare the first set of windmills which provides electricity from renewable energy source to the Ilocos region. The area receives strong wind from the open sea north of the province year round making it a good area for harvesting wind energy.Good place to take pictures.Watch out when driving over the very soft sand as one can easily get stuck.Food and toilet facilities are available at Kangkang cafe by Bangui beach.

I personally toured a group (again and will continue to do so) a couple of days ago. We simply had a great time viewing this great attraction. Food and souvenirs are great too. My wife bought a large replica of a Windmill at Php170.00 (awesome masterpiece).Enjoy the trip while Riding In The Wind. The wind will surely blow your mind. TIPSBe sure you have a nice standing foundation when taking pictures.Be sure to buy or use you filter lens to avoid sand scratches on your main lens. Always use your cap lens as well either when stand by or off cam.Love Ko Ilocos

I was lucky to visit the place where the windmills were moving/charging, they're entertaining when they're moving to my eyes.Take as many photos and video clips as you want.Buy souvenir/s of replica of the windmills along the entrance. No entrance fees collected here.Be careful of the extreme waves; it's been reported that several people died already trying to take a groupie and they were caught by the huge waves.
