lost villages museum

It was very quiet when we visited so we basically had the run of the place. It isn't very large but it is very free and a good place to wander around and look at the remnants of communities flooded to create the St.Lawrence Seaway. It probably wouldn't seem terribly spectacular if you'd just come from Upper Canada Village but combined with a trip to Prehistoric World it's a chill way to spend an afternoon.

I loved all the old memories of the Lost Villages on our tour of the buildings. It is a quaint little historical area on the banks of the St. Lawrence River, full of history.
