This is a great place with or without kids. We try to go to the pool once a week. They have a big slide, gentle waves every 15 minutes in the evening, a hot tub, steam room and sauna. If you are a fitness buff , you can work out in the gym before going swimming. Or, if you would rather watch, they have tables you can sit at while watching your kids swim. They also have paid fitness classes and a rink for roller blading or ice skating, depending n the time of the year. Call ahead for skating or classes. We take our friends and their families from Washington as they don't have public pools like this down there. Make sure you lock your stuff up, they have security, but I've sen the change room turned upside down a time or two. They have free lockers for your wallet and ID.

My kids skate with the Abbotsford Skating Club at MRC and have for years - the rink staff are friendly and professional. The rink as well as the rest of the facility is clean and well maintained. I started using the gym facilities in December and found a good selection of machines and weights, all in good condition and easy to follow directions. Staff are usually very helpful as well. The pool is clean and well maintained. There's lot of convenient parking and good lighting when coming in early in the morning.

Wave pool with a water slides, ice arena, and exercise room, make for great swimming, skating, and fitness. A complete facility which is wonderful for the whole family.

We bring relatives here whenever they visit. They have waves you can float on that kids love (call ahead to see wht times they are on) a big slide and a smaller one. Baby pool is good too, if a baby poops they are real good about shutting it down and cleaning it, but it is warm and has its own little slide. Has hot tub and sauna. Lots of stuff for kids. Even have family change rooms. If you use separate change rooms, seen people's stuff searched through in girls lockers that weren't locked. They have family rates and grade 5's are free.
