Had a wonderful experience at Le Vieux Pin Winery. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and made our wine tasting experience exceptional. I couldn't leave without their 2011 Syrah. My only regret is that I didn't have more room in my suitcase.

As locals and Grapegrowers, we frequent a lot of the wineries in the area and are always impressed with the depth of knowledge and excellent service at this notable example of B.C.'s best products. Despite a full tasting area (its smallish), the chap who looked after us answered all of our questions and juggled three other sets of visitors seamlessly……..Bravo!

The owners of Le Vieux Pin, need to be proud of their counter staff. Each time we visit, the tastings are well presented. This is a tasting for those who love their wine. Each wine ie poured in a new glass and the stemware is top notch. Thanks, we will be back soon.

The wine will sell itself but the people bring you back. The two young ladies working at our tasting were exceptional. Excellent humour, communication skills, product knowledge and we had the feeling we were valued. Great tasting room, one not to be missed.

We stop by here every time we are wine touring through Oliver because their wines are truly delicious, maybe the best along the Bench. On our last visit, we were cycling along the Bench wine tasting and planning to make it to Penticton by early evening. A day that started with sunny skies quickly turned into a day with a big storm brewing. When the skies had turned nearly black and we were out of breath cycling downhill because the wind was so strong, we decided to pull over at Le Vieux Pin, enjoy the wine, and get a cab to come get us and our bikes and take us back to town. The two ladies at the tasting bar were incredibly helpful helping us find a taxi, calling multiple companies to find someone who could come with a van big enough for our bikes. Plus, they served great wines, chit chatted and were so friendly and kind while we watched the storm come in. Thank you so much, Le Vieux Pin!The next day, we found out that the storm produced over 100 lightning strikes through the valley. Good thing we didn't try to ride it out!

Beautiful winery producing top wines in the Okanagan Valley. Syrah is out of this world tasty and be sure not to miss their white blend 'Ava' made from Rhone varieties like viognier, marsanne and roussanne. Yumm yummm. Go take a picture with the big pine tree behind the winery which the winery is name after:) is one of my must visit in the wine country.

Where to begin? The chickens, the goats, the vineyards, or the outstanding wines?Everything about your experience at Le Vieux Pin will inspire. Make sure to allow yourself enough time to visit with the chickens, sheep, and dwarf goats! But keep in mind these are working animals who serve an important purpose in the sustainable efforts in the vineyard. I work in the wine industry in Europe, currently based in London, UK, and constantly sing the praises of Le Vieux Pin and their wines, as they are truly world class. If someone wants to see what the Okanagan Valley and its wines are all about, this visit needs to be at the top of your list.

We always stop at Le Vieux Pin. It's unassuming entrance and grounds make some people drive past which is definitely your gain. Ask for a chaperoned tour and taste some of the best Syrah around and while you wait you can visit their beautiful and exotic-looking heritage chickens that are a part of the viticulture (they fertilize the soil!) or play bocci in the court out front. Highly recommended.

... lavender bush lined path will take you to the winery , there awaited a heavenly wine tasting experience . Bets Reds in BC ..., we visit every time we are in the region. Ask to be given a tour of the cellar, the very knowledgeable staffs will give a wine education session while showing you around the cellar and give you tastes of wine in different stages of its maturity , ....an experience for any wine enthusiast .

Beautiful winery full of flavor and has an incredible balsamic that is a must to try. " Ava" was my favorite but they have a good variety and is well worth the stop.

Le Vieux Pin is without a doubt my favourite place in the Okanagan. Everytime I head that way, I always spend more time there than anywhere else in the region. The people are amazing. All the staff there are friendly and knowlegable and truly have a passion for their wines. Needless to say their wines are outstanding, and i can honestly say that i have not had better. I have never experienced a better time than i have at their beautiful winery. I urge anyone heading that way to go in and meet the team and if you are lucky enough to meet the owners you will have hit the jackpot, they are beautiful people inside and out.

This is a beautiful boutique style winery operated by professionals. Before you get to the main building, you'll many different breeds of heritage chickens that they use to fertilize their vienyards and assist with pest management. Loved taking photos of these chickens. Upon your arrival at the estate, you can start your experience by playing a game of Bacci with friends or perhaps the staff :) The winery has gorgeous architecture and detailed interior design. Extended flower and fruit tree plantations around the winery.Professional presentation of their wines and their winery...We come here often and really enjoy buying our Le Viex Pin's from the winery. Their wines are among the best in the region. My favourite, the Sauvignon Blanc and all their Equinoxe releases...

Driving up the lane to the vineyard is a transformation to vineyards in France. This short drive takes you to another country and confirmed by your first look at the winery. Such a majestic presence. Upon entering the tasting room you are greeted by a young man named Alexander and he actually speaks fluent French making the experience all that more authentic. Right away I felt at home. Wine was served to us in stately and elegant wine glasses for each pour. Excellent, a guided tour of the wines was just perfect. Alexander was polite and very knowledgeable about the growing season, grapes, soil and climate. He explained how each one of them contributed to the wine's taste and texture. He explained how they trim the vines so as to maximize the grape flavour and ripeness. My favourite was the Syrah. What more can I say other than this is a must destination for anyone going to the Okanagan. One more thing, got to see the exotic chickens and have them tell you the story.
