nature centre (le centre de la nature)

We were there recently for min-ski lessons.The centre ran an hour long ski clinic where kids ages 5 to 8 were provided skis, boots and helmets to enter the world of skiing. ALL FREE!Kids were given a small lesson on how to ski using the snow-plow method. A small "carpet" lift is available and 2 monitors help kids get down the hill.A very good experience.

it a huge park. very fun for familly with a little farm. And a lot of grass to run and play with kids!

Centre de la Nature is a wonderful park that can be enjoyed by any age group during any season In the winter there is skating on the frozen lake tobaganing cross country skiing ! In summer one can canoe visit the animal farm enjoy the pool have a pic nic and simply enjoy nature I highly recommend this park !

There are picnic areas,a petting zoo a lake and lots of place for nice quiet walks. There are also special events in the summer. There is a play area for the kids .

Nice place year round Kids learned how canoeing on the lake they learned how to skate on the lake we took our winter wedding pictures skating on the fronzen pond Kids learned how to ski/ snowboard, oh how often did we go toboganing on the hill.

I am a Laval resident and have enjoyed many outings at this center for years. Although I have never been in the dead of winter, I have been there in all 3 other seasons.Whether you just want to relax on a bench watching the ducks or walk around and visit the resident animals, you'll find something that will make you happy that you went to spend a few hours or a whole day.In the summer time you often will see artists busy painting away or you can watch groups of people playing some games.It is a big park for the whole family so you won't be touching elbows. It is even perfect for a just a stroll with your mate.

It' a nice place for a walk ,pinic or play with the kids.during the summer you can canneo on a small artificiel lake you have also a small farm,pool etc.During winter you can skate on the lake, theirs some slide and you can ski.

Great huge park for the family. There is an area to see farm animals and a insects. There is a place to rent boats at the lake a public pool, baseball field a small village, swings and games. This is a huge park and the city organises games all year round. Go ahead and have fun

Lot of farm's animals, big playground and nature... even parking if you are early. Bring a picnic and sit by the trees... and let the kids play... What more can you ask for kids (and parents) on a nice sunny day.

Good place to go with young children, lot of activities in the snow, skating on the small river. Shack with snack. little farm where children can see horses, ducks, pigs, etc... there is also horse slides offered.

the place is nice in the city of laval to have a picnic and relax under nature beauty and flowers also the lake is beautiful

I liked the children's theatre and playground, but our animal-loving 7-year-old found some of the other activities a little disappointing - the petting zoo had only goats and pot-bellied pigs, and the "farm" took about 30 seconds to visit.

We went for the 1st time and we liked it a lot. The parks for the kids are great and the animals seem in good condition. We didn't know what to expect and we're going back for a picnic next time. The park was very clean also
