I love thermoterapy and I visited a lot of spas offering it and this one, is by far, the less maintained and most outdated of all. The cave with luminotherapy is basically a room with disco lights. There is only 2 relaxation areas - one that is supposed to be around a firepit - it is around a pit, but no fires + the wood chairs have not been taken care of for what looks like a very long time. The other relaxation area is a room full of old fashion chairs. The gardens around the bath have been left without care for way too long. To top everything off, I had to go buy my own hair $10 travel size bottle of conditioner a the reception, because apparently, $50 is not enough for utilities like this! With all the great spas in the region, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. That goes for the owner and managers as well - go see what other spas offer for the same price or less - you'll want to rethink the way you operate.Only positive - the view is fantastic.Ps - did I mention that the towels they provide are do old that they have holes!!

This was and is a place where we relax unwind and truly stop, the ambient surrounds , views and spa facilities actually make you stop.... Relax ... Had a deep massage in my shoulder was brilliant did what it would said it would do... Shame we travel from the UK 3000 mile plus to stop ... Staff are brilliant

Absolutely amazing spa! We bought the 3 day pass and used it everyday, even going back after dinner one evening to watch the sun set over Lake Sacacomie from the sauna. It's a very unique spa and well worth the money. Most of the time we were completely alone whilst using it & it really was a very relaxing, special place. We had a couples massage too & this was a great experience - as if we weren't already relaxed enough from lounging in the hot tub overlooking the lake all day!If you're coming to the Hotel Sacacomie then time in this spa is a must!

The baths and saunas were great. The massage was excellent. I found that the showers were too cold and for a spa of that quality I would have appreciated a larger , maybe rain like shower head.

location of spa, beautiful views, but hotel pool small and stuffy air, would have been nice to open windows.

This spa is amazing. Beautiful, zen, clean. Clean towels everywhere. Great massages. The best views ever. Saunas, jacuzzis and steam room. Outdoor fireplace. Just beautiful. Don't hesitate to go with friends, family or better half!

Great spa and not too costly. Choice of Dry Sauna one with lake view other with Boreal lites effect. Massages are top rate. View from Spa excellent.

Liked Great facilities and no children, Disliked plastic wristbands. Staff were helpful although and gave you a bottle of water at each visit. Sometimes you had to queue to get in due to a lack of staff

The Spa is located in a spot that makes it unique. The staff is great and the treatment are out of this world.

N'ayant pas passés la nuit à l'hôtel, nous sommes arrivés tôt pour prendre le petit déjeuner et profiter des installations du geospa le plus possible. La vue sur le lac sacacomie est extraordinaire contrairement aux spas que j'avais essayé auparavant (donc ceux dans la région de québec et charlevoix). Il n'y avait pas beaucoup de gens cette journée là, ce qui rendait l'expérience encore plus super. Les spas sont spacieux, l'ambiance très relaxante. Également, nous avons apprécié grandement l'environnement sans fumée et sans photo qu'offre ce lieu. Petit hic : les hydravions qui décollaient sur le lac étaient très bruyants... mais c'était tout de même plaisant à regarder décoller.

Très beau Spa extérieur avec un paysage magnifique, seul bémol un prix qui pour moi reste excessif, presque 100 $ CAN pour 2

Evidemment l'entrée est un peu chère mais ça permet un calme garanti et un repos oxygénant !La personne de l'accueil explique bien comment en profiter (chaud-froid-repos) , vous recevez serviettes et eau.. Mais il y a encore plein de serviettes propres à l'intérieur.
