We are sorry that our spa did not meet your expectations. Our spa has been designed to be intimate and in order to do so, we have 3 hot tubs. Our largest one can accommodate as many as 12 people and the two small ones can sit comfortably as many as 6 people. You probably didn't see the 2 other hot tubs that are located on the other side of the facility.For environmental considerations, we have established a green commitment based on principles like "users pay for what they get". We have been able to reduce our rates as low as 29$ per person but we ask our customers to pay an extra if they want more services like additional towels or robes. You must understand that at this price, amenities are also limited.
