We expected a winery, like we have these in France. This winery is just a store, to buy their wines. The wines are made from local fruits, not from grapes. And they are nice. We just expected more than just an other store.

Interesting wines and liquers with helpful staff and generous pours. Interesting flavours with the wines made from local tropical fruit and our group of 5 all brought a bottle or two of something before leaving.

We have passed the Murdering Point Winery many times while travelling to and from accommodation at Kurrimine Beach. Because we had a friend travelling with us we decided to visit this attraction. We were greeted and advised of the products available and proceeded to sample about 6 of the fruit-based wines. While the wines were not particularly appealing to our party who regularly drink grape based red wines the liqueur type products were delicious and we purchased a bottle each, Prices were reasonable and in line with those charged in normal liquor outlets. We also learned the origin of the unusual name "Murdering Point". Worth stopping in to take in the displays and sample some different tipples

When my girlfriend and I arrived yesterday, Mirella " welcomed" us with a hello and no smile. In fact, we didn't saw her smile for the whole tasting...We choose to taste 6 of the product, which she didn't explain at all, neither history or method of the winery. She was just staring at us and bringing the next bottle. Really bad experience. But, the other guy there seemed much more enthusiastic and if you go, I suggest you go see him. The wines we tasted were good, but with no explanations the experience was not like we expect from a family winery

Limited range of wines but fabulous service and delicious products. Not sure where the grapes are grown as there didnt seem to be vineyards close by

Felt as though we were interrupting her day. Not much advice about their wine. Could have used a bit more history of the winery.

Excellent afternoon learning about and tasting fruit wines, be prepared to buy loads. Great fun. Run by family passionate about their craft.

Very friendly hosts. No cost or restrictions for tasting. Good value. Tropical fruit liqueurs and ports are excellent quality.

We arrived near closing, nothing was too much trouble & made to feel welcome. Tried many samples of fruit wines & ports.Only a 5mins detour off the Bruce Hiway, clearly signposted.Very clean, well set out lovely landscaped gardens. We bought a great selection of wines & ports to take home.

This was a quick stop as it was recommended to us by a local chef. I purchased the passion fruit wine and love it even though a bit sweet for my taste. I tasted the liqueurs which were superb.

Small and interesting little winery that makes all its wine without grapes! Worth a look and it is only just a little out of the way.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, the Black Sapote Port is absolutely delicious and well priced.

The wines were interesting to try but if you are a real wine lover they leave a little to be desired

Friendly owner. Tasted full range. All local tropical fruits used for wines, ports and creams. Surprisingly nicer than expected. Deals available with free bottle. Purchased wine, port & cream. Highly recommended.
