We enjoy the surf, love the clean clear water. We walk from our hotel and love the walking path. We play in the sand, have a swim and sometimes go to the beach pool on the headland. Always feel pretty safe with the lifeguards constantly on patrol. They let you know if the rips are too dangerous.

We found it difficult to find anywhere that stayed open past 10p.m, restaurants were generally closing by 8 p.m, so found that evening entertainment is not available in this area.

This beach was fun for the kids as there were rock pools that the kids got to see some little fishies and a secured beach pool that was seperate from the beach in a secured fence setting. The Beach was pretty rough but we expected that due to the cyclone season. Overll the beach was very nice!

It's a nice beach if you want to get away from the main ones (Mooloolaba etc.)I stayed at a hotel on Bullock beach and King's was much more maintained.

Excellent location with a family feel about it. plenty of eating choices and a great foreshore walk to burn the calories and take in the scenery at the same time. Good access to the beach with street parking available nearby. The beach is also safe for swimming and is protected by the headland from the strong northerly winds during summer.

This is an excellent beach for all the family. There is a wide expanse of sand and the surf is very safe. Remember, you must always surf between the flags. The Lifesavers provide patrols and they will guide you if conditions prove to be difficult. There are a number of food venues close by and they cater for all food requirements.The Surf Club has a wide range of dining possibilities. Check out the tables adjacent to the surf -- a view which not many can match. There is a very interesting walk around the headland. Save this activity for a late afternoon after two swims and an attractive lunch.

Loved being so close to the beach which is white and pristine great place to take a walk in the mornings

Kings Beach is a beautiful location. With plenty to do young and old. With the sea side trampolining or the local cafés. Would highly recommend.

This beach is well patrolled and very safe for families, there are nice broad walks which stretch from Bullock beach right through to Kings beach and beyond to Moffat beach very pleasant walking and you can see all the ships on their way to Brisbane they sail quite close and at night they are all lit up and give a nice view.

this place has a fantasic outlook, however when we last attended, the food & service quality were poor, hence our reluctance to go back for another attempt,, It was basically poor, music very loud, too loud to enjoy dining, food average/service certainly not one of their redeeming features.

Fabulous family beach, facilities galore, showers, shade areas over sand, bbq areas, play areas, well maintained and very clean but very, very windy.

Like most of the beaches along the Sunshine coast, there are great walks, swimming areas and cafe's everywhere to stop in for a cool drink.Kings beach was well worth the visit.

A lovely big open beach, patrolled and wide. Take care with little ones as it can get rough. Clean and well maintained.

wonderful beach with nice surf club nearby for meals. has just been renovated top to bottom salt water pool open every day of the year.. very good life savers in this area. good coffee shops nearby.. beaus.
