Lovely sandy beach. There were lots of life guards on duty so you can feel safe. Depending on the time of year and time of day there are dog friendly places on the beach and areas where they are not allowed.Plenty of places to eat just up from the beach, along with showers, toilets and gas BBQs.

Really lovely Beach, easy access, flat, relaxing with park bench seating and timber tables and seating.. Large grassed area adjoining Beach area, Surf Club Closeby.. Really loved watching the children Surfing lessons each morning.. Very well organized! This Beach and adjoining grounds suit all age groups and is a very safe beach to swim and enjoy!!

Lorne offers a great beach, sandy, clean and beautiful to look at. It is even fun just to wander along it ...

One of the best beaches in the area and a must every time we go down there! Also lots of cafes nearby as well so you can sit out on the decking with a drink and watch the waves!

Plus - Such a lovely town - shops on one side of road (Main St) and beach on the other! Minus - no change rooms at/near beachside.Plus - lots and lots of food places! Minus - they were really, really expensive!Plus - lots of shops of all sorts! Minus - really expensive!
