Fantastic!Brilliant view and food, a favourite of ours. Try the hummingbird cake or some bubbles whilst overlooking the bay.
Expensive and average. We had a good time here and previous reviewers sum it up. No sea views, rooms need a refurb, food is ok but not great. One thing I found really annoying was the fact that not one single staff member attended the pool during the day, resulting in piles of wet towels on beds and glasses and plates lying around on tables. The breakfast buffet was not good. Most of the food was like warm and the juices were not fresh. You even had to pay for 'premium' coffee. There was a machine, but it was undrinkable. The beach was amazing. The staff were great. However, this hotel is way too expensive for what it is. When the management make an effort to make this truly a luxury hotel, we will definitely be back. But before then, we will happily rent a self catering house in the surrounding area for one third of the price....Sort it out please management. You have a potential gem of a hotel. But if you don't change things quickly, people will stop coming. At 5 star prices, you must provide 5 star accommodation and service.
Almost deserted beach with lots of sand and plenty of wildlife to watch as in dolphines, birds, lizards. Whales (poosibly) in the right seasons. Great cafe behind the beach. Careful with swimming as there are sometimes strong tides (taked advice from warden services)
That's a great stunning rocky beach. There are big size of rocks around the beach and you can walk through it. We were lucky enough to see a wedding ceremony of an aged couple. The place is quiet and a good spot for fishing as well.
No words for this hidden little gem. If your in the Margaret River area you just have to go out of your way to stop & see the crystal clear waters here. As it in a little cove its protected by annoying winds and big surf. Perfect family beach. We actually saw a wedding being put together here that was going to be taking place in the late afternoon. Lucky, lucky couple; what a beautiful venue.
Bunker Bay is a stunning family friendly beach with crystal blue water and soft white sand.A lovely beach to walk along, swim, fish or catch the odd small wave. The only problem is the flies can be very annoying.
This is a great little cafe/restaurant right on the beach, friendly staff, good food, large portions and child friendly. Best to make a reservation, we were lucky both times we were there and they managed to squeeze us in, but there were long lines when we left. Lovely beach as well.
Very average needs a make-over & a good walk to beach.Expense for what you get, staff are friendly, wait staff helpful food was average, wine over the top for the quality.
Stunning place for a wedding venue. Very peaceful and only 2.5 hours from Perth CBD. Wineries along the way.
Pleasant accommodations near beach. Self-contained units make easy holiday set-up. Eat elsewhere though ;-)
The food was excellent even if the portions were small. Pricey but delicious. Had the Thai Beef salad and it was beautifully done.Service was prompt and minimal wait.
Stunning beach and rocks to climb. Good for kids because you can swim within the flags. No stingers like further up the coast.
This was my 3rd visit to the Pullman Resort in Bunker Bay. It is such a lovely resort with a great pool, although there is not much shade around it. The accommodation is good but some of the interiors are looking a bit tired. The beach is great for surfing, and the beauty of it is that it is so big that it never seems crowded so there is plenty of room for ball games etc. A walk before dusk is perfect. We were lucky this year, the flies had just gone but sometimes mosquito nets are necessary, so it is a plus when they have gone. The breakfasts are good although we noticed that the WA fresh fruit such as mangoes, peaches, nectarines and strawberries were missing from the buffet. The resort is ideally situated for the Eagle Bay Brewery which is an excellent place to eat.
Clear light blue water, calm water, and clean white sand. The water is quite shallow so you can really spread out. There was a life guard on duty. Parking can be a nightmare. Lots of fun loving people of all ages there (no riff raff)If you want a real meal nearby drive down the road to Eagle Bay and go to the Brewery on the way in. The cafe there is a bit slow and pricey. One of my favourite beaches in WA.
Beautiful secluded bay with great swimming and surfing to be had.Loved walking along the beach not too windy.
