This was the first leg of our trip to Brazil for the World Cup. The stadium was brand new and in great shape for the game. The people of Brazil are amazing.
We went to three games at the stadium during world cup. There was not a bad view in the house. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Food options were a bit limited...but that may be do to world cup sponsorships. Well Done!!
WC. Dempsey. Brooks.AMAZING.This is a beautiful stadium.Transportation on GAMEDAY for the World Cup was insane.Make sure you get a TAXI EARLY. (TWO HOURS)also getting a Taxi back to the hotel was insane. We had to walk quite the distance to find one. At least we were celebrating a 2-1 victory.
Being a huge futbol fan, I came to this stadium for the world cup, not only once, but twice! This place is world class. Since it was so busy, we had to be dropped off away from stadium and walked 15 minutes, but it was ok. Security & ticket collection were efficient.Once inside, I felt the greatness of this stadium. New & Modern, clean, well designed. A true temple of the best sport in the world.I had very nice seats and got to see the USA team warm up. Priceless! I am happy that the people of Natal now have such a beauty to enjoy!
This is a very nice place to go with your buddies and spend the afternoon there, enjoying the beach...and then, stay for the night, it turns out a night club, and a very nice one, with the sea in front of you! A lot of beautiful people also!
Its a good stadium, but we had to pay tickets with money, they dont accept credit debit card. Still under constrution activities. We watched a football game with local team and enjoyed a lot!
Not too big. Cool design. Comfortable seating. Easy to get around. Nice that it is located in the middle of the city.
We loved the hospitality air conditioned room for the Ghana game. Also saw the Japan game in High corner seat and still felt close to the game. So bad seat in the place.
Very beautiful architeture. Unfortunately only possible from outside. Visits not allowed. Even after WordCup there were many edges still under construction.
This was a brand new stadium for the FIFA World cup 2014 and it was an amazing experience to enjoy the games at this venue. The look and functionality of the stadium is A+.
Great World Cup venue, stunning sand dune style design from the outside and great views of the pitch inside.
Saw two world cup games here and had a blast. The arena is a perfect size and I don't think there is a bad seat in the house. The architecture really speaks to the local landscape from the outside but focuses all the attention to the field while inside. The one problem with the arena is that the area around it is an absolute mess. Poor planning and bad traffic can make it difficult to get to, but once there, you'll enjoy the match!
Had some issues trying to get in because of the multiple gates we had to split up (we had 11). Beautiful stadium, saw the US vs Ghana game. Happy that the security was tight and the atmosphere was fun! Couldn't have been happier! We had a meeting spot knowing that we would need to walk quite a ways to meet our drivers. Just have your route planned out!
I visited Arena das Dunas during the World Cup Brazil 2014, it is very well located between the city center and Ponta Negra, I got there by taxi and didn't get any trouble arriving and leaving. I didn't find out an easy access by public transport. The venue is not so big but very comfortable, with a nice architecture (imitating the shape of the dunes that surrounds Natal) and even in the superior sectors you get a good view of the game.
I had a great time at the Stadium during Japan's match agains Greece, but after the match, I walked for long time, since it was impossible to find any kind of public transportation. The urban mobility its one of the main concerns by Fifa for the World Cups, and they were right!
