We visited with our 3 dogs and enjoyed a nice walk. It's pretty big with a variety of food vendors, great photo spots, paddle boating, clean restrooms, and a playground. We enjoyed visiting.

Parque Independencia is the most beautiful park in the entire city. It's a perfect afternoon taking a walk in the park and eating some lunch. There're multiple sale-stands in the park where you can buy food. You can also rent a cycling-boat to go on the lake where there're turtles, birds and fish that are nice to watch. Highly recommend a visit!Visited multiple times.

This is a huge park with a nice walking path around a lake. You can rent paddleboats and go out on the lake, where you will see many turtles and birds. There are churro vendors and a small cafe with outdoor seating. We came with small children who loved feeding the ducks and pigeons. The park could use a bit of a face lift, or at least a regular cleaning crew, as litter is abundant. Don't miss the area where the date is written out in flowers.

It’s a huge park at the end of La Rambla boulevard. We walked from the river up the boulevard to the park (about 15 blocks). It’s an interesting walk. When we came to the park we found a group practising Thai Chi, a piece of drift wood and some interesting wood carvings on dead trees (see my photos). Unfortunately we didn’t have the time to walk the whole park… just a small section of it, but I can imagine one could spend the whole day here, it is so large.

This large park is worth the time. You can do many things. Ride a boat on the lake, watch a football (soccer) game on Sunday afternoon or just stroll around! There is also a nice botanical garden in the park! I spend at least two hours there and had a lot of fun watching the local people enjoying it with their families!

This is a fantastic park with incredible sports facilities and museums and galleries. The layout is huge (as it is with most all of the city parks in Argentina) Easy to get to - excellent parking and a great picnic getaway opportunity.

HUUUUGE park with two museums (Fine Arts and History). Lake with paddle boats and entertainment for kids. Also the football stadium is interesting to see.

I was in this park this Easter. It was very busy full of local people and people from Argentina . But the atmosphere was great. You can walk, boat, picnic and watch different street show there. Sunshine is perfect in later March. Not hot an nog windy. It is good for the family with kids . If some one would li to a quite place, better not go during he weekend and holiday.非常不错的一个公园,其实和其他中国的公园区别不大, 但是气氛非常好。我是在复活节的休假去的,人很多。你可以散步,划船,野餐,看表演。当然如果你想找个安静的氛围,最好不要在周末或是节日来

I was expecting a lot more of this park... But actually there is just grass and buildings... Not even a few flowers, quite disapointing

One of the largest parks in Rosario. It is not that big though. I have seen larger parks in Buenos Aires. The park is an amazing place to sit and relax and watch all the tourists go by. Near by is the national monument for the flag.

it's not a coincidence that its Lay Out was drawn by the same family that worked in Royal French Gardens

Large park, some interesting trees, particularly the one with the large white balls of cotton! (Sorry, don't know it's name). The smallish display board with photos and facts about Che we found interesting, and it was one of the few public displays we found about this famous son of Rosario.

In the center of the town it is worth to take a nice and slow walk around (in the afternoon or evening) - and of course visit the Museum of "Belas Artes".
