For those coming from the mainland in Pag island (or going to the mainland), this ferry is an alternative to the bridge that, in the far south of Pago, connects the island to the mainland through the very narrow channel Ljubiacka.The crossing takes only 15 minutes, but is valuable because it allows travelers to look from another angle the wild, bare, beautiful landscape both of the island and of the mainland. Landscape obviously more appreciable when the weather is nice (as happened to us). If then you get to Pag from the north, the cost of the ferry is offset from the shorter road.
