its a small quiet beach with no motor sports. Great for young children. Loverly scenery just laying there in the sun.
We spent the day at Alyki beach yesterday for the first time while in Paros and it was just lovely. The beach which is located a little further down from the tavernas was beautiful.....crystal clear turquoise waters and a nice stretch of sandy beach for your enjoyment. There are trees for shade, or bring your own beach umbrella and loungers. There was a shower across the dirt road from the beach. Alyki is a very picturesque little seaside town, with a nice variety of Greek tavernas along the edge of the sea to choose from for your delicious lunch or dinner.Enjoy!
All of the beaches in this area are nice. Though one section of the main bay beach is a bit rocky. There are also plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.
The sea has beautiful colour and it's not too cool, but It is too crowded and there isn't a shower at the beach. We used a sunbeds of one taverna there and we supposed to spend 50 euros for 3 sunbeds in the taverna.
Great for kids ! Trees provide some shade in the morning and kids can play in the sand while the sun is burning. The water is clean too
Alyki is a quiet and small fishing village with many restaurants with fresh fish by the sea side, big sandy beach with clear water. You can find anything you need even if it's small. It's less than 5 minutes away from the airport and 10-15 minutes away from the center of island Paros, Paroikia.
There are several beaches, some sandy and some pebbly but non are far from a bar and restaurant. They are also just a short walk from the yoga studio
The road to Aliki beach is a little bit dusty! If you need drinks go and ask Thalassa mou retaurant, they charge only 50% if you take away.
It is very difficult to choose one beach over another in Paros - they are all beautiful. This one is well serviced, with a number of hotels, tavernas and a beautiful fisherman's harbour. The weekends can get very crowded but all in all you will have a very refreshing swim.
