golden beach

It's an amazing beach which definitely deserve to be visited. The golden sand and the water games will bring you a lot of fun too, on the time you will spend on the beach!

A huge sandy beach with lots to offer.This is an organized beach with many hotels and restaurant near by, tons of water sport but also peace and quiet can be found herea great place to spend several hours

See the bottom of the sea and fish. Warm water, close by bars and restaurants. Visit a small Church. Nice and quite beach for relaxing vacation.

This is a great beach. It is huge with clear and warm water (in August), and you can swim forever here. There are some 'reefs' to explore and watersports for hire. There are a few beach clubs with sunbeds and food and drink service. Fantastic.

Some locals told us it was the best beach for tourists in Paros so we went there. After being in Mykonos, we were a bit dissapointed, but the Golden Beach is still okay. We were there the first week of September and there was nobody there. Between the beach and the parking lot, it was dirty (garbage here and there) and few buildings look abandoned. If it would have been more windy, I would have love to learn how to windsail.

Beautiful beach with golden sand and clear turqoise water. Lots of windsurfers and people in general. Be early at the beach or you won't find a single sunbed!

nice and clean beach with free sunbeds and parasol, the tavern has great food and drinks, great hospitality

This was one of a few beaches we stopped at while on Paros. We arrived late morning by ATV from Naoussa which took about 1 hour , even over a few dirt roads and temporarily lost through one village . A convenient taverna is there by the parking area. Golden Beach has great sand castle-building sand . Windsurfing is popular here but we only saw 1 beginner trying it. There is/was a clothing optional area to the far right of the beach. This is mainly a very family friendly beach .The sun was warm and the water cool and nice to swim in. Though by 2:30-3 pm, the wind was quite strong and occasionally sandblasted us , so we packed up and headed to another beach, Molos Bay beach, but very windy there too. We would post pictures but we cannot find the option to do that , on any of our reviews for the last 2-3 months..

Great for windsurfing, but not the best or most beautiful beach here. We made an effort to go check this beach out, but ultimately decided not to stay long as there are nice beaches in Paros.

Golden Beach One probably is one of the broadest and longest beach on Paros. It has fine, shallow water for swimming and the water is almost always quite calm unless when there is a fresh or strong south wind. It is not particularly great in a strong north wind as the fine sand can get blown along the beach - not very pleasant. There are sunbeds and umbrellas for rent but they do not take over the beach it is so big. There are watersports such as wind surfacing available.There are two bars/tavernas at the southern end to the beach nearest the bus stop, which incidentally is only 200 metres away from the beach. It is a shame that the Louridis Taverna at the back of the middle of the beach has not been operating for a few years.

Una bella spiaggia la Golden Beach, questo nome di sicuro gli è stato dato per il colore oro della sua sabbia, il mare è cristallino è l'acqua è molto pulita,non è di certo la migliore dell'isola ma se posso fare una classifica la metto al secondo posto, essendo nella parta orientale dell'isola nei giorni quando i Maltemi soffiano è impossibile starci per questo è molto frequentata dai serfisti....

spiaggia ventosa il che è un bene se fa molto cado....spiaggia molto lunga adatta a chi preferisce passeggiare invece di fare la lucertola sullo sdraio...attrezzata e con taverna per pranzare

Trés belle plage . La mer ainsi que la plage sont d une propreté irréprochable. Présence d équipements transat et parasol ainsi que taverne à proximité.

A praia é ótima, com uma grande faixa de areia e boa estrutura de cadeiras e guarda-sóis para aluguel. A água é cristalina e ótima para mergulhos!

nous sommes arrivés la un peu par hasard , aprés un périple en scooterjusqu'a Glifa ou nous avons été contraint de faire demi tour car plus de route !au retour nous avons donc décider de faire une pause baignade a golden beach :cet endroit est génial, trés belle plage bien abritée et peu profonde avec une eau chaude et limpide ( comme partout dans les cyclades) idéale pour se "rafraichir" avant de remoter sur notre "terrible engin"
