These gardens are a little treasure, compact, allow an hour or hour and a half to walk round and take photos. There is no access to the house but although relatively small the gardens are beautifully laid out with many water features, a maze and many vistas to please the eye. At around 9 euro they seem a little expensive but we enjoyed the visit and felt they were worth the price. Be aware they close the gates for an hour at 1pm so if your in then you stay in till 2pm. There is a small cafe with self service machines so bring change along and you'll also find some well kept toilets.

Very close to Padova and the thermal area of Abano, Valsanzibio garden offers nice walks in the green and peace. In my opinion is very expensive (9,5 € per person) considering the quality/price ratio. Compared to other gardens I visited in Italy and abroad, it lacks of facilities and shops. My advice: enter well organized for a pic-nix and spend the whole day in the peace.

These gardens are remarkable. They are beautifully cared for and the water features and fountains just amazing. We spent several hours wandering around, following the guide map but for ever finding lovely quiet areas, hidden flowers, statues and views with benches just where you need them to sit, relax and take it all in. Swans, fish and birds not to mention the rabbits, were all so much at home. The maze was a real maze and lots of paths throughout the garden lead to nice surprises and great views of the buildings and other structures.It is worth noting that entrance isn't possible in the middle of the day and the fountains are turned off until re-opening. It is best to check opening times beforehand. We arrived just as they were closing so returned later in the afternoon.Would highly recommend the visit not only to those who love gardens but also to those who like to see something very different.

I'm not a garden-gourmet. But Barbarigo Garden in Valsanzibio is amazing! Diana's Pavillion with pond in canes is just like from an Sleeping Beauty fairy tale. Everywhere in the garden you feel the ancient times breathing although the garden is not so old (about 250 y.o.)Сompulsorily necessary!!!

Beautiful setting at the foot of one of the Euganean Hills at the end of a fertile valley. The guarden has been restored since its partial destruction during the war, but maintains a slightly run-down, old-fashioned look. There is an incredible boxwood maze which takes some exploring to exit and the water features with hidden fountains amused our small child.

The maze is scary - only go in if you know the trick for getting out! Gardens lovely. Well worth a visit. 8.5 euros each.

The hedge maze is fantastic. Our son thought he was going to be in there forever. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. Worth a visit.

The size and peace of this garden, the variety of its parks and statues.The place could do with more caring about though.

Premetto che ho visitato molti grandi giardini, Versailles, shönbrun e ultimo parc Guell, ma devo dire che il giardino di Valsanzibio è veramente un bel parco.La cura con cui sono tenute le siepi e le varie piante fanno si che si abbia una sensazione di ordine e pulizia.La lunga fontana che parte dal cancello monumentale che da su un laghetto e culmina in cima alla collina é spettacolare.La villa non è visitabile ma è un bel colpo d'occhio.Il labirinto è meglio di villa pisani a Strà molto più difficile.Il giardino merita di essere visitato con la famiglia, il prezzo è adeguato alle notevoli cure che devono essere prestate a questo gioiello.

Il giardino è sicuramente bello e ben tenuto, con molte cose particolari da vedere: rospi enormi nelle fontane,cigni neri,l'isola dei conigli,alberi giganteschi...e il labirinto! Tuttavia spendere 10 euro per l'ingresso mi sembra davvero esagerato, contando che in un'ora e mezza la visita si esaurisce...

È la seconda volta che mi ci reco a distanza di anni; i giardini sono belli e ben curati, tuttavia ritengo che il prezzo di entrata sia eccessivo: per una famiglia di due adulti e due bambini piccoli (3-6 anni) 32 euro è un po' troppo a mio avviso solo per passeggiare in un giardino. Oltretutto la villa è chiusa. Piuttosto ,pagando anche meno, visito il giardino di Villa Pisani a Stra, dove il labirinto è più bello ed intricato e con un supplemento ho la possibilità di visitare la villa.

Ci siamo capitati per caso, passando per tornare ad Abano dopo una gita sui colli euganei. Il prezzo ci ha un pò spaventati (10€), ma devo ammettere che abbiamo fatto bene a fermarci. Si tratta di un bellissimo giardino con diversi giochi d'acqua e un complicato labirinto (ci abbiamo messo almeno mezz'ora per arrivare al centro!). C'è anche un bella villa e l'isola dei conigli (ci sono davvero), ma è l'insieme di tranquillità e serenità che ti trasmette l'ambiente che rende la visita meritevole e memorabile.

Un parco magnifico adatto a giochi e picnic è inoltre molto divertente il labirinto che si trova all'interno purtroppo non ho visitato gli interni della villa ma credo siano molto belli

Il giardino è aperto tutti i giorni da marzo a novembre, 10.00/13.00 e 14.00/tramonto (domeniche e festività orario continuato). Prezzo: 9,50 €. E' diviso in settori, come tutti i tipici giardini rinascimentali:Il Padiglione di Diana, il Viale delle Peschiere (il Teatro d’acque), La Fontana dell’iride, il Labirinto di bossi secolari, l’Isola dei Conigli, il Monumento del tempo. Diciamo che è ben tenuto, forse 10,oo€ è un pò troppino. Comunque una volta merita.

Il giardino, la villa, le sculture, la acqua cascata, l'arco di barocco si ricordano i tempi andati....
