This is a peaceful small place with a special rural atmosphere. There are several café bars and restaurants in or near to the square from which you can enjoy taking in the lovely surroundings of both the natural landscape and the buildings. Aside from the restaurants there are some small local crafts/souvenir shops and places to purchase local fruits. We definitely recommend a visit here. One can happily spend half a day looking around and having a coffee or meal in really beautiful surroundings.

We went here the find a restaurant to eat outdoors. This was exactly what we needed as there are a few restaurants here and you can watch the world go by at leisure whilst sipping your cappuccino or eating your pizza!

Quiet place. Nice shops to bring souvenirs and cafés to spend a good time. Take an evening to see it.

We were lucky to arrive in Scopello when it was quite. It was early and we were hungry. There was a nice little restaurant open in the Baglio area.Very peaceful yet enough going on to amuse us.

I'm not sure how to inform the tripadvisor team but the place some of you wrote about and the photos of the place are not baglio but tonnara. Baglio is the ancient arab house in the midle of village and by the way it's worth to visit as there is a real atmosphere of typical West Sicilian countryside. There are some sweet cafes and restaurants and I think that a hotel as well. Charming place!

Near the charming town of Scopello, there is a small beach near what once a "tunny" fishery. It is small, must walk down a long dusty road, find street parking, quite a hike but worth every step. Rocks to jump off of, kids having fun, old anchors in long rows, scuba diving. A unique beach day! Bring some fruit along altough there is a snack bar. Adequate rest rooms indoors.

il baglio in sé è bellissimo, la ristorazione e i souvenir hanno invaso e nascosto la struttura antica. affacciatevi alla terrazza verso i faraglioni per capire il fascino del luogo anticamente un luogo di semplici pastori senza una strada che arrivasse lì da palermo o trapani. solo un'ala del vecchio baglio è stato ristrutturato e conservato con rispetto per le antiche tradizioni, ma è privato. di recente è stato organizzato un buon parcheggio. se si è fortunati, si può assistere ad un matrimonio con carretto siciliano: le spose vengono a farsi le foto in questo posto così caratteristico.

nel borgo di scopello da visitare per gustare un gelato immersi nella sua natura la sua storia e la sua poesia.

durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo conosciuto peppe proprietario di un mini market vecchio stile che prepara dei panini con arte ..ti intrattiene con racconti battute spiritose e canzoni.. insomma un mito..!! il borgo è piccolo e caratteristico ideale per chi vuole godersi un po di tranquillità, vicino alla riserva dello zingaro e a bellissime spiagge ..

Si tratta di una antica corte rurale, ristrutturata, divenuta oggi il centro turistico, commerciale e culturale del piccolo e suggestivo villaggio di Scopello.All'interno ristoranti, bar, negozietti e qualche abitazione, il tutto contornato da belle piante in fiore. Vale una deviazione.

Scopello è un villaggio: poche case e il bel baglio, insieme di costruzioni rurali intorno a un cortile chiuso da mura, cui si accede attraverso una grande porta d'ingresso. Di fronte, l'antica fontana-abbeveratoio. Al centro un maestoso albero che ombreggia quasi tutta la corte. All'interno si trova anche un ristorante con veranda coperta.Il baglio è la costruzione più imponente di Scopello, quella che lo caratterizza e ne attesta l'antichità.

Это типа небольшой двор. Там несколько сувенирных лавок и ресторанов. Все очень мило, уютно, присутствует атмосфера средневековья

Molto suggestivo, in un borgo molto caratteristico, con negozietti e ristorantini gradevoli. Un posto dove passare un paio di giorni lontano dalla realtà. Andateci dopo aver visitato la tonnara e vi rilasserete riconciliandovi con la vita.

Un posto bellissimo che ricorda i meravigliosi Faraglioni di Napoli, ma per me, questi sono molto meglio, una tranquillità assoluta, un paesaggio da favola, per non parlare del colore del mare.E' assolutamente da visitare.
