signé chablis

Arrived in Chablis on Sunday in November. We had read about this "wine shop" on Traveladvisor and really hoped it was opened. Immediately on arriving to our hotel we had the front desk call over to be certain it was opened.Arnaud was alone and waiting for us. We had not eaten and enjoyed fresh bread wonderful cheeses and a truffle mousse while Arnaud went and got us glasses and a 3D map of the Chablis appellation. Over the next 2.5 hours we experienced wonderful wines and each with a visual picture as he took us through vintages and regional characteristics to the wine we were tasting.It was like tasting with a close cousin or nephew. Not to be missed

Great selection of wines to bring back to the Chateau and enjoy on the terrace. We enjoyed the friendly caviste

Good selection of wines (Chablis and others from around the world). Tasty snacks. The owner is highly knowledgeable, very friendly and speaks perfect English. After a good selection of Chablis tasting, he produced a very good Greek wine as a contrast. Well worth a visit.

In this lovely little wine bar you have the opportunity to taste wines accompanied by charcuterie, terrines and cheese. We had a very relaxed lunch there and bought some of the wines we tasted.
