If you can do it, its well worth it. The views are fantastic. Its a bit of a hike , and you can only walk up to it .

This is one of the towers that sits a top the hills in this part of the south of france. It has snagging views at the tower down and along the beaches below. A great step away from the crowded beaches in summer.

Unless your young & fit (which we're not!) it's a long hard walk from either Valmy or La Vall. The view from the top is excellent, which makes it all worth the effort.

Went there with couple of friends. An other review with the tip to go to Lavall was very helpful. Last part of the road was kinda is it really here. bumpy dirt road. First part was a steep climb. But once on top of the mountain ridge is better sustainable. But then also came the great views. We didn't go all the way to the top. Partly because we started late on the walk and headed back. You dont want to walk the steep part in the dark ;)

To go to the tour you drive to the village Lavall (south of Soréde). Drive 4 km up the valley on the narrow road, pass the few houses and you will find a parking lot. The path is not well marked, but you start by following the river, and then turn sharp to the left after 200 meters. Going up through the woods you follow the most used path, from time to time there is a paint spot on a stone. Almost the whole tour is in the shade of the trees, but nevertheless very warm. Estimate 3-4 hours for the trip and bring loads of water.The views from the top are great!When getting back to the river, use the opportunity to take a bath - there are spots where you can jump from 3-4 metres height, but also places for children to enjoy. A perfect end to our nice day in the mountains.

as Long as you love walking this is DEFINATLY a great walk to try,depending where you start from it will take upward of 3 hours at a quite pace,to reach the sumit.walking up though the woodland seeing the wild boar paths through the undergrowth and then the last 40mins or so is out of the top the the tree line.The path is not too well well marked but once you have joined it you cant go far wrong, once you are out of the tree line can be quite difficult going but the views from the top are your reward! STUNNING :) I wouldn't do in mid summer unless your hard core.A definate must on a cooler clear day if you love walking!

Pour aller à cette tour ,il y a plusieurs possibilité.La première demi heure est assez dur et ensuite c'est du plaisir lorsque l'on arrive sur la crête.Arriver à la tour que du bonheur,un point vue magnifique sur le littoral et la plaine du roussillon.Vous pouvez continuer derrière la tour pour aller aux camporelles jusqu'à la cabane du berger et se ravitailler en eau à la source qui se situe en contre bas.

vue panoramique une fois arrivé à la tour paysage bien mérité par beau temps c'est superbe. la vue va jusqu'en Espagne

Bonne petite randonnée, la montée est un peu dure part endroits mais rien d'insurmontable, cette balade est accessible à tous. Les paysages oscillent entre forêts et causse, et surtout on peut observer la côte pendant une grande partie de la balade. Arrivé en haut on bénéficie d'un beau panorama de la côte catalane de Canet à Collioure. Mais attention, arrivé en haut le vent peu être fort et frai donc prendre de quoi se couvrir.

Nous l'avons grimper il ya trois ans c'était tres sympa montée pluto tranquillou et je vous assure j'étais malade en plus de cela tres belle vue tres belle rando

La montée n'est pas facile, mais en haut, une vue à 360° à couper le souffle! La difficulté annoncée est moyenne, mais personnellement, j'ai eu du mal. Par contre, les enfants s'en sont donnés à cœur joie! Prévoir un pull pour ne pas subir le froid du vent une fois en haut. La tour en elle-même ne présente pas d'intérêt particulier.

Un peu de sport durant les vacances !La montée est un supplice mais dans un si beau paysage on oublie vite la douleur ! La vue à l'arrivée est juste extraordinaire !A faire et à refaire !

tres belle randonné superbe vue panoramique exptionnelle monté assez sec etre bien équipé en chaussure mais surtout pas de chaussures a talons sinon quel galère !!!! mais arrivé en haut vous ne le regretterez pas c'est superbe ! allez visiter

si vous êtes un bon marcheur ou un bon vttiste vous allez vous régaler!la montée est un peu difficile après la réserve incendie mais le point de vue est magique.accès depuis le Mas Christine et suivre le chemin ensuite!!Un pur plaisir
