nae limits adventure

Absolutely brilliant experience!Clay pigeon shooting, overnight in the log cabin and white water rafting...in march...in a river that had burst it's banks...with powerful rapids!!Guide at clay pigeon shooting was a laugh and made us feel really welcome. The cabin is beautiful with deer outside bedroom window, bar with plenty of choice and amazing meals! The team at NaeLimits who took us white water rafting were great fun! Had us giggling all the way even when I thought we were all going to die! They were also very assuring and all were experienced so don't worry your in safe hands...they have rope!haha Rapids were crazier than I imagined so if you like a rush then defo the activity for you. Will 100% be back to partake in our next extreme adventure!

Had a great weekend at the Pinetree lodge, with great staff looking after us from start to finish! Sarah was a great host, as was Alan the barman who kept us stoked all night. Great accommodation for that sort of thing - actually think we will go back for a repeat experience. Great food, considering the difficulties of producing for 15 hungry chaps, and a well stocked bar (not so much now that we spent the weekend there!)Activities included quad biking and clay pigeon shooting, both of which were well organised and we were impressed by the fact that they weren't cancelled due to the weather. Definitely worth considering hiring buses to and from activities (which are approximately 40 minutes from the lodge) and from the lodge to pitlochry if going out for the night. The lodge itself is located in an ideal rural location for some weekend carnage. Also, if no stag/hen dos are on I think it would make a great location for a weekend escape for familys and adventurous couples.

I booked clay pigeon shooting for my dad and husbands birthday, along with my brother in law - they were all met by Victor who very friendly, informative and outgoing - he kept the men entertained. They had a fantastic time and will definitely be booking to come back. thanks to everyone at new limts and especially Victor for making the experience so much fun :)

Thoroughly enjoyed the quad biking and felt safe and looked after under expert instruction. You got taken up the beautiful hills and experienced breathtaking views whilst negotiating the rocky terrain on the quad bikes. We later had fun speeding around the flat fields.

I went to this activities with my work as a team building exercise which to its name was just that,we started with the Canyoning which was amazing water was cold but nothing the company can do about that. The guides which toke us were great, giving clear instructions on what to do and where to go as well and a good laugh throughout our whole time there.Canyoning as an activity is not for the faint hearted but one of the best adrenaline rushes. 10\10 for the CanyoningWe as a group then headed off to the White water rafting. When we got there we arrived just as another group were leaving, we then got given our wet suits which had rips everywhere on them(this is understand able to an extent but some where close if not already beyond saving(which were still freezing cold and socking wet from being used just hrs earlier) which to add were lying on the ground in a muddy field. There were no changing faculties for men they had to get changed at the cars, once in our wet suits we were put in to different cars(which was not roomy by any means) and ignored by guides who did't speak to us and were to busy speaking about what they were doing after work. Once at the top we got shown what to do and then carried our raft to the river(over a locked fence which if we were allowed to be there should have been unlocked?). Once on the river it was pretty good fun apart from the staff not seeming to care just wanted to get the trip done. once back we got a choice to buy pictures which was fine apart from the fact that if you have less people in you group you get the pictures for cheaper the people with more, there is no acceptation to this if one person just wants pictures they have to pay that fixed price for there group. over all 5/10 for the white water rafting was pretty disappointed in that.

I booked a family day out for 6 of us ages between 50 and 17 years old. We booked it for sunday 9th of November so we could go when they were lots of water coming down the river tay.It was a great day out, It was very cold but well worth it for the flow of water, once you got going you didn't really think about how cold your fingers were getting. A great family day out had by all.Maybe if they could supply some gloves when they supplied the boots to go under your trainers ??

Had my four nephews with me, ages 8-14, amazing experience the boys absolutely loved it. Our instructor John was great with the boys ensuring they had a fun filled adventure on the River Tay. Great family day out, would recommend it to all

My two boys aged 5 and 7 had the best time with Nae Limits. Staff were super cool and totally professional. Would highly recommend it to anyone. My youngest one has already made me promise to book him in for next summer so he can jump in the river!

Had an amazing time white water rafting! The guide Alan was great and it was a really good laugh. Was a bit nervous beforehand but was so much fun when you were out that you forgot all about it. Would highly recommend!

I was absolutely terrified to go white water rafting but ended up having the time of my life! The staff was awesome and (not sure if this helps) incredibly attractive... and funny. I would definitely recommend this this to anyone and will probably find myself back in the near future!

Booked both our boys (8 & 11) on this day out. The kids loved it from the rafting start to the end games. The staff were superb with the kids right through the day (they must have the patience of a saint). Our boys enjoyed it so much that they wanted to do it again the following day and are going to get us to book in the summer for the other activities they do. Would recommend this to any parent who wants to get their kids outdoors.

Spent a morning canyoning with John - all absolutely loved it; John was utterly professional yet also totally relaxed and crazy fun! Will definitely repeat :-)
