We booked the "It's a Hoot" experience for our Daughters and it exceeded all expectations!! The lady who takes you through the experience (I feel bad that we didn't get her name) has an exceptional and fascinating knowledge about each bird. Both the girls loved it and as a spectator, we even got to hold the birds. I would highly recommend this experience.

What a great way to spend a morning and particularly walking the lane with the Harris hawk, just great.

Had a lovely time, the lady that ran the birds of prey tour was very passionate about the birds, very friendly and hands on and eager to help or advise in any way she could. She absolutely made the event well worth the money. I have since bought further tours for other members of my family it really was that goo. I can't recommend highly enough. Had a wonderful time both on the actual birds of prey event and afterwards wandering around the farm. Can't recommend enough. Lovely staff who worked really hard to make the day as memorable and enjoyable as they could, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a fabulous time.

If you happen to be in the area you must call at Stockley Farm. The Birds of Prey experience is amazing, my son and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Everyone was so friendly and informative. Well worth the visit thank you x

i loved it wen i went lovely staff frindly animals lots to do recamend for all ages goats are lovely good cafe nice food recomend everyone should go i have been when i was yunger as well great for todelers to get use to animals

I booked The Hawk Walk as a gift for my husband and we visited Sat 14th February. We were lucky with the weather, although cold it stayed dry. I wasn't quiet sure what to expect. We were both blown away by Gary and Pam's knowledge and love for their birds. We learnt so much. We handled a barn owl - an absolutely stunning bird and Pam got another owl and hawk to fly to us. We then went on a short walk and saw the hawk in its natural environment flying free. Gary and Pams love for the birds and the enjoyment they get from sharing their knowledge was a pleasure to see. The birds were extremely well cared for, in a clean environment. If your reading this and wondering - just book. We hope to go back in the future.

I booked the 'Hawk Walk' as a treat for my husband's birthday. We spent a couple of hours beforehand at the Stockley farm looking at the farm animals. There were newborn lambs, goats and calves..absolutely gorgeous. There are loads of activities throughout the day..bottle feeding lambs, grooming ponies etc. The cafe we thought was really good and well priced. Nice to have the tractor ride in and on way back to car park sat on hay bales. The hawk walk itself was really memorable. Gary and Pam are really knowledgable and enthusiastic about their job. We got to spend a lot of time with all the birds of prey including the owls, handling them and learning about them. Lovely to walk through the trees watching Stan the Harris Hawk fly up into the branches and back down to your arm. They made sure everyone had lots of opportunities..nobody was ever missed out. Nice small group of 6 of us. The photos we have are fabulous. Loved feeling the weight of such glorious birds on your arm so close to you. Would recommend this to anyone. Had a lovely meal in the George & Dragon in Great Budworth on the way home in front of the real fire with a glass of wine. Fab day out!

Visited in February 2015 with my teenage son,and really enjoyed the experience. An early downpour ceased as we arrived in the car park, we then boarded a trailer attached to a tractor which transported us to the farm. Unless you have actually handled a barn owl you will struggle to appreciate just how beautiful they really are. Pam then took us on a walk with a Harris Hawk, providing us with great photo opportunities and educating us at the same time. The experience ended where it had started, and we were introduced to a ferruginous hawk. I found the whole thing good value for money, all the staff at the farm smiled and were very helpful. The cafe was excellent and provided an excellent breakfast. highly recommended!!

My son and myself went to the experience today and it was brilliant. Pam and Gary made the afternoon very enjoyable and ensured that each member of the group was involved in the interaction with the birds. The birds themselves were beautiful and very well cared for. I will definitely be recommending this to friends and will probable return myself in the future.

Visited here on Sunday and had a great time, Gary and Pam are very knowledgable about the birds and made it really interesting, We met a Barn Owl - Darwin, a Tawny Owl - Twiggy and Sid the Hawk. They really are amazing. The hour flew by - no pun intended - Hope to go to Stockley in the summer to see them all again.

I was given this gift as a birthday present. Stockley Farm was closed for the winter months so we were invited to Bridgemere Garden Centre. It was a bit of a trek but well worth it. We were a group of 6 and met Pam and Gary in the lovely grounds at Bridgemere. The whole experience exceeded expectations as not only did everyone get ample opportunity to handle Darwin the barn owl, Stan the harris hawk and Tiggy the tawny owl but the knowledge of the birds was exceptional. This is the second time we have had the pleasure of dealing with Pam and Gary. We first met them at Bridgemere in January for my husband's 40th birthday and had a wonderful time handling, flying and having photos with their owls and hawk. Recently for my father in law's 80th birthday they were the perfect choice to make the day extra special. This time they were kind enough to visit us at home. Pam and Gary are so knowledgable and enthusiastic and were able to involve our whole party of 18. They ensured everyone had the chance to handle the birds, ask questions and take photos. I can not recommend them highly enough.

I got an owl experience as a gift for my birthday and loved every moment! You are really encouraged to join in and ask questions while having fun! I'd love to go back!
