This place is spot on,Nuno,his wife and Michael are fantastic at keeping you feeling welcomed every time you visit, the regulars are so friendly with every one cheerfull and chatty makin it a must go to place when you are in Albuferia.

This cafe is a spot to relax in and do little for a few hours. The owner, Nuno is hilarious, easy going and ever ready to be helpful, he got me some soya milk even though he didn't stock it, straight away for my tea, bless him! He works very hard and derserves this high ranking on here..

We have been visiting Pateo for at least 2 weeks a year the past 18 years and spent most of them in this unbelievable place. Nuno and the rest of the team not only make you feel like family, they are the font of all knowledge should you need to know anything about Albufeira. Highly recommended.

This is without doubt the friendliest ,and best bar in pateo ......even albufuria .Where owner Nunu,family and staff treat you as old friends not just customers ,we have used this bar every year for the last ten years and its always the same they they never let you down and help and even in time of need Nunu sense of humour is legendary so go drink relax enjoy but most all smile !!!!

Have been going to this bar/cafe for may years now. The owner is great, really friendly and helpful if needed... Great place to sit and have a few drinks in the afternoon sunshine and chat with the local residents of holidaymakers... Very reasonable prices too.

Been going to this cafe for a while now. I return every year to find Nuno and his team still hard at work. Nuno is entertaining! His snacks are tasty and his prices reasonable! Lots of friendly people to meet in this bar/cafe! Well done Nuno!

Nuno is the nicest, most helpful person we've met in Albufeira. He is the font of all local knowledge, and he sells the most amazing meals, drinks and snacks, at unbelievably low prices. His cafe is frequented by a cosmopolitan crowd of welcoming and engaging people, including some very talented local musicians, who regularly play there for free. If you'd like to experience the real, friendly Albufeira, leave the Square behind, and try Amendoa Doce, on the Guia road, just past the dolphin roundabout. Highly recommended.
