There was so much to see with the stunning views of the ocean and the well manicured property. It was such a treat and would recommend it if you have the chance to come by.

Cute little park centered on a palazzo on top of a cliff, offering picturesque views of La Concha beach and its environs. No more, no less.

The views are very nice, they keep it clean and they even let dogs inside (with a leash).Calm place as well.

What a great for a picnic or a lazy nap on the lawn! This is a beautiful site with a terrific view of the beach and sea. The grounds have gorgeous flowers in bloom. Locals were sunning themselves on the grass when we were there. It is a lovely spot.

One of the best things about this palace is probably the views you can enjoy from the top of its gardens: the whole Bay at your feet!!! And it doesn't matter if the sun is shinning or grey big clouds cover the sky, the result is the same: breathtaking.

We were at the Miramar Palace for a conference. It certainly is one of the most unique conference locations I have been in. The palace is a surprisingly sprawling complex. Rooms are varied in size. Nevertheless, it is the exterior and the location that really make Miramar palace a highlight. Set in a park like setting that goes down to the one rocky outcropping on the beach, the view of Miramar Palace and the view from the palace itself are both outstanding. The palace also has very unique architecture in comparison to the rest of the city. Even if you do not have a reason to go to the palace, take the time to walk to it while visiting San Sebastian.

We stayed there for a conference. The place was full of character with one of the best view of San Sebastián beach.

I attended the mirimar palace in San Sebastián for a business conference. The venue is set in beautiful grounds with stunning coastal views. Internally, the mirimar is, as you would expect in what was a former palatial home. The venue is very impressive as a business and conference facility.

This place was very nice. I had a great picknick in the park with a perfect view over the bay, la concha beach and a part of the city. Very nice when you make a walk and with good weather!

On my walk along La Concha beach yesterday, during my one month stay in San Sebastian, I walked up to the Miramar Palace. It's easy to spot because of it is English architecture and sits high on the hill and overlooks La Concha beach. There is a tunnel for cars and a tunnel for walking very close by. You can reach it walking from the promenade along La Concha too. You can also ride your rental bike there. It was built for royals and used by Queen Isabella II and Queen Maria Christina who entertained many European royals and were responsible for putting San Sebastian on the map and making it as beautiful as it is today. The views are spectacular from here but they are from many places in San Sebastian. The palace has been purchased by the city. I tried desperately to enter but had no luck. It is a music school now and apparently you have to be a student to enter. I do not know if any of the royals possessions still remain or if it has been totally converted to a music school. The gardens are lovely and well maintained. You can walk or ride there and take yourself a packed lunch and simply enjoy the panoramic view of the city. There are many beautiful places in San Sebastian and this is just one of many. A special trek doesn't really have to be made because you can see it from the beach and you cannot enter anyway so there's no real point to make a special visit.

The park was ok, but it took too much time to walk there. When I decided to go back using buses, I had to wait for one hour without seeing any. It was rainy and stormy as well. Terrible experience. One more star from terrible just for the architecture.

Buy some food and a bottle of cider and have a picknick in the garden of the palace looking over the beaches and city. This is how the Basques do it. happybaskday

Apparently an English influenced design going back though the queens heritage at time it was built. Now owned by local council and gardens maintained to high standard very colourful at time of our visit. The views from front garden make you realise what a stunning property it must have been in its hayday. You can just walk up from the promenade and sit on the benches in the grounds and soak up the scenery for free!

I never get tired of visiting the Miramar Palace. Its architecture is quite different and calls attention. The gardens with the flowers add to its beauty. The views of the beaches from the gardens are great.

Very nice surroundings; large and spacious rooms; lounges and seating corners; clean and well maintained toilettes. The conference was interesting, but that's beyond the point.
