This waterpark is fab lots of slides to choose from to keep you occupied all day, also there are VIP areas where you get a private sun loungers(x4) and you get table and chairs and you get a safe key and you get 4 priority wristbands to get on the slides quicker which we thought was great.

Great experience, didn't go on the rides but the dolphin experience and show was great. We an amazing time and it will be one we will remember, it was part of my girlfriends present and it was something she always wanted to do. Overall fantastic.

Went here late August with 4 kids (12, 8, 7, 5). All had a great time, lots for everyone. Our youngest couldn't do some of the slides as they were too short, but there was still more than enough to keep them all entertained (even the non-swimmers).Actually went twice, the second day we bought speedy passes, a bit more expensive (€14 each) but well worth it. Some of the popular rides have 1 hour long queues (if not more) for a large part of the day. With speedy pass the longest we waited was about 10 mins, and generally there was no wait at all.A few tips:- get there well before the gates open. Even if you've bough tickets online, there is a queue to get into the park. If you're buying tickets, get there even earlier. On the first day we didn't and queued for a good couple of hours in total.- If you want a locker, get to them quick! They get rented fast and none were left by the time we got to them. Having said that we left our bags covered with towels (as many people seemed to do) and didn't have anything stolen.- If going mid-summer bring flip-flops as the ground gets really hot by afternoon.- Bringing a pic-nic is a good idea as the kids didn't want to stay still long enough to sit down and eat so could take sandwiches, snacks on-the-run.- While we were in Madrid, the MacDonalds (near the Carrefour hypermarket) in the shopping centre in Majadahonda was giving out vouchers for 1 child free with a paying adult). Don't know how long the offer was lasting, but gave us great savings.- It goes without saying, plaster your kids in sun protection.If it wasn't for the fact we wanted to other things on our holiday, could have easily gone back again and again.

Arrived just as the park opened, choice of driving around a uncontrolled sandy area for free parking or paying 3 euros for a near empty marked out parking space.Long queue for the tickets but moved quickly, the preprinted tickets queue only slightly quicker to get in.Lots of grass area to put down your towels and bags, 5 euros for lockers which easily fitted the main bags.Having a 2 year old and teenagers the park had fun for them all we spent all afternoon in the park having fun.Get the older ones to ride the big rides first as it gets busier later in the afternoon and the queues are really long. The speedy pass helps to jump queues on some rides only not all of them so it is really only good for the older ones who want the real big rides.The younger have two large areas depending on size, one is really for the smaller ones (under 5) the other gets really busier with older ones and the water is a lot deeper where the frame is waiting for the bucket to spill spray them all.The park is clean, but not so much shade unless you find a tree to sit under which tends to go fast, food stars around 10 euros each for a burger, but if prepared you can bring drinks and food in to reduce the trips to the shops, only glass bottles is not allowed.The lifeguards spend all day blowing the whistles so after a while people just ignore them as it becomes a constant background noise, not a good way to keep control in the pool however didn't see any problems all day.

My two children (14 & 11) really enjoyed this park as did I. We were not sure what to expect after reading previous reviews but all-in-all it was a great day out and a relaxing way of dealing with August heat in Madrid. We booked our tickets online before leaving the UK so were committed to a day but we were pleased that we had done so as not only were they cheaper, but we avoided a very long queue in midday sun with no shade in order to get into the park. We took public transport there on the 627 bus from Moncloa station (look for the signs for number 1 bus station, as there appeared to be 3 different bus stations/terminals signposted). You can buy tickets from the bus driver & at the time of writing they were 3.60 euros each (one way). The trip took around 50 minutes from Moncloa and was comfortable as the bus was air-conditioned. It was full of families and teens. If you have prepaid & printed off your tickets, look for the entrance for pre-payers - I couldn't see a sign but saw people with printed tickets like mine. Once inside the park you have to queue to get a locker key at the locker area. A locker key cost 5 euros + 2 euros deposit - you got a ticket and a key and would get 2 euros back when you returned the key and the ticket (no deposit back without ticket - well I think that's what it said as my Spanish isn't great). Everyone seemed to have planned to come for the day and had brought their own food and drink and they just left their food & drink items and towels on the grassy shaded areas of which there were plenty. There were "speedy passes" available which gave you priority for the rides and we did consider these but decided against as we were there early enough we thought to get around the park but would say they are worthwhile on popular days as you go straight to the front of the queue. We went barefoot to the slides and the brick paths up to the slides were very hot, so everyone was running up the hills to stand in the shady parts of the walkways, but we got used to it. Don't know if you'd be allowed to wear water-shoe type things. They didn't allow goggles on the rides except for younger kids. I thought the park attendants were very safety conscious and helpful. The kids found one of the boards used for a ride really heavy (think the ride was called Splash) - I had to carry mine and my daughter's, while someone else helped my son. This meant that the wait time for the ride was long as lots of people were struggling with the boards and there were big gaps between rides as lots of people took some time going up the hill and then the stairway to the top of the ride. If we'd realised how long it would take, we wouldn't have bothered with this ride as it wasn't anything spectacular. We aren't waterpark experts but my kids loved almost all the slides and the pools where we spent time just swimming. Later in the day, and even though we hadn't been on two of the bigger slides, the heat got a little too much for us and my son said that carrying the board drained his energy so we decided to leave around half an hour before closing. The bus back arrived almost straight away luckily as there is no shade at the bus stop outside the park and even at that time it was very hot. It took a bit longer going back to Madrid but still not much past an hour. I did look at the timetable for the buses and they seem to be very regular and run until late evening. All-in-all, an excellent day was had by all and we'd definitely recommend it.

It was a warm day, so we desided to go to Aquapolis and cool down. We managed to be cooled down. As we knew, more people would be there. The cues was not to bad. The life guards vere keeping a line of no waiting and no keeping of the rules. For good and bad. It results in a massive use of wistles... Unfortunately enough of the staf locked like they wanted to be somewere else than at work. But it was some that was happy to be at work and was helpfull and smiling. All in all, we got wett and that was the point.

Very nice place to enjoy a day in the water. Lots of attractions, plenty space and place to eat or rest and many different attractions for all ages.

Really enjoyed this park in mid summer heat. There are plenty of pools to cater for all ages. We got there late using public transport. Recommend to hire a car to get the park if you have a young family as the public transport total trip time can take hours. We reached the park on Friday afternoon at 5.30pm to be told that the park closes at 7pm and that we should be back to collect our valuables by 6.45pm which didn't leave much time to relax and queu for the slides so my 4 year old opted for the kids pool slides and games whilst I went for a swim in one of the outdoor pools. Would definately go again but not by public transport as it takes too long from Madrid central. Oh, By the way no changing rooms as such but just a large multifunctional toilet facility. No cubicles to change in/out just a room sized hall with shower facilities.

We bought tickets from our hotel rep and just went straight in the gates. We went on a Sunday and it seemed to be a lot of Spanish families enjoying a day out. It was a lovely atmosphere, the queues were not too bad - you have to be realistic in August! There were loads of staff supervising the swimmers and I felt safe knowing if we got into any difficulty there was help at hand. The dolphin show at 12 and 4 was also good fun but only lasts around 20 minutes but is included in your ticket. Bring a picnic if you can and I wouldn't bother to rent a swimming ring, it's too expensive and not vital to your enjoyment. We stayed til closing time at 7pm and found the changing facilities fine and clean even though it was obviously pretty busy and crowded. All in all a great day out that we all enjoyed

We had to queue with the car to get in, queue for the ticket, queue to get a locker and then queue to get the floats we needed. An hour and a half later we got into the park. The queues for each ride were so long the kids soon got fed up. Can't recommend going and we won't be going again.

This is a great day out and easily occupied a 14 person strong boys holiday for over 4 hours without running out of slides to go on. Most of them have height restrictions and there is probably more which would be towards the age of teenagers upwards. Best ones include the Boomerang and one which involves a sledge which dives down a slide before skipping across the pool.For those without a car you need to take either the 627 which you can catch from the Moncloa bus terminals (Far corner of Terminal 1 when we went), which is attached to the Metro of the same name. The bus comes every 15 mins, costs about 3-4 Euros each and takes 45 mins to stop right outside the water park, you can't miss it.Inside the park itself there is plenty of shaded grass to make a base camp. We visited on a Friday, the queues were short at first (around lunchtime) but it got quite busy towards the end of the day, so maybe getting there earlier would be advised.Entry was 24 Euros, but I gather its cheaper if you buy online in advance, lockers were about 3 Euros, food was 10 Euros for a pretty big meal of burger, drink and chips, but with a bit more planning we could easily have taken our own supplies.After reading a number of reviews I was sceptical, but we thoroughly enjoyed it and I would highly recommend, although can see how it could become busy on weekends :)

about an hour outside Madrid, the waterpark is worth a day out but be prepared to wait in line for a while. the park hasn,t got the amount of attractions required for the the people 'loads of school kids' who are there. getting there is a bit of an issue, not straight forward or readily signposted. do your homework before you go.

Well provided with attractions.Very surveyed by staff, difficult to do something un-proper.It deserves a visit if you like aquatics.

The queues to get in the park were very long and as there is very little shade so this did cause a bit of over heating! Look out for discount vouchers with 40% of the admission charge which save about 10 euros per person. We were lucky enough to be taken in to the park by some locals who could get us in on there citizenship cards which was another saving. Full price was 24 euros each but after the discount voucher and citizenship deal we only paid 8 euros each. As usual with these places food/drink etc is expensive once inside but with such a big saving off admission you dont really care too much. The queues for the water slides weren't too bad and you were on most rides within 10- 15 minutes maximum. We took the bus there (614 I think) and it dropped us right outside, it is a good 30- 40 minutes bus journey though.

Went for a day with my daughter and some friends. It was a fun relaxed day, although don't expect thrill rides........ Also if you want a cabana, go early, as they sell out immediately after opening. There are plenty of shady areas, however.
