Our young grandson had fun at Treetop Quest last year for his birthday so this year he chose to go to Spider Quest. You are not harnessed up and on a tether on this course - there is a large net underneath (resembling a spider web). The younger 13-year old enjoyed it more than his 18-year old brother but both had fun. I believe here are 2 levels of difficulty. Unlike Treetops Quest with 5 levels of difficulty, Spider Quest covers a much smaller area and you are done in an hour vs. Treetops which could take 2+ hours. Major complaint is the giant slide - it's narrow and the bottom is plastic. It created static electricity when the boys went down it and they said it hurt because they were being continually shocked!

I brought 4 teenagers 45 miles out of the way to try Treetop Quest while on a short vacay to Atlanta. Every single one of them loved it. I doubt 4 teen step-siblings between 13-18 have ever enjoyed the same thing & raved about how they want to come back asap in the history of tourism. Pleasing all of them at the same time is a memory I will treasure as much as the experience. I loved Treetop Quest as much as they did. There are 5 levels. The combination ropes challenges & ziplines on Levels 1, 2, 4, & 5 keep it engaging. Level 3 is all ziplines. Staff recommends saving Level 3 for last so you can enjoy the breezes and relax after the ropes challenges.

We found this place online during our visit to lake Lanier and this is a gem in the trees. This place is wonderful for kids (7, 8, & 10) and adults!! Staff is great! I really enjoyed the 3.5 hrs we spent playing here. The spider quest was just as much fun as the treetop quest is! We will diffidently be back!!

My 11 year old just loves this place he became a "regular" visitor after we bought him an annual pass and he got our monies worth out of it. It is a great place for kids and adults. Very family friendly They have levels for the little guys up to more experienced adults.

My two kids (ages 15, and 12), and 5 of their friends, just participated in the new Spider Quest at the Gwinnett Heritage Center, which is considered part of the Treetop Quest. It is a series of obstacles that are suspended in the trees and over a giant net, that reminds me of a high trapeze net in the circus. We bought tickets just for this experience and lasted for 1 hour. We reserved our time and bought our tickets online the day before. Prior to the kids going in, a staff member goes through the rules with them. This only lasts a few minutes. They wear no harnesses because when they fall, they just fall into the net and climb back out. It is a neat concept. There are a few short zip lines inside, balancing ropes, and a long, narrow tarp slide. They had a good time until thunder began and they had to clear the activity. This of course was not their fault, but as time went on and thunder continued, people continued to ask staff when they might be allowed back in, if rain checks would be distributed, etc. We ended up waiting an hour before they would issue rain checks, and as soon as they did, a few minutes later, people were allowed back in. Some of our party left right before the weather cleared, but the rest reentered and finished out their time. They did enjoy their experience. I feel an hour is more than plenty to experience this new activity. Next time we will do the treetop quest.While everyone was waiting for the weather to clear, we noticed one of the staff girls being impatient with the children, acting differently toward them than the adults she was talking to. I feel a job such as this that requires working predominantly with children, requires an employee that has a good rapport and patience level with young ones. On the contrary, the young man working the ticket/snack cart, was very pleasant to deal with and had a GREAT attitude and personality towards the children. I wish I knew his name so we could put in a good word for him. (He was working when we arrived at 1:30pm on Friday 6/20/14). Kudos to him!

My daughter picked Treetop Quest for her birthday outing. Excellent choice! This was the first of what I hope will be many visits - it is SO much fun! The staff does a fantastic job giving detailed instructions on how to navigate the courses. They're also stationed throughout each course to give advice if you're having any trouble. They are friendly and very helpful.We had 2 nine-year-olds and a ten-year-old with us. We started on Course 1 to get started. Even though it's beginner, if it's your first time, it's not a walk in the park. It's the right amount of challenging while being super fun. We immediately followed it up with Course 2. Definitely more challenging and definitely more fun! By the end of that course, our arms were toast so we opted out of Course 3 for this trip (Course 4 and 5 are for 12+ only). After a snack and water break, we checked out Spider Quest. You definitely want to add this to your ticket - AWESOME! Similar obstacles to the courses but suspended over a huge net with no harness. My husband thought this was the kiddie area. Ha! Was he ever surprised when it was every bit as challenging AND fun as the courses!Just two recommendations. One, take a picnic lunch if you go near lunchtime. You get really hungry working so hard, and a lunch break would've been nice if we had had it. Snack didn't it cut it for long. Two, you need to have some level of physical fitness. It is fun but it is hard work.I can't recommend Treetop Quest enough for a fun family outing!

The ziplines were fun the Obstacles got more challanging as we went. The final course proved too difficult for me and I had to be "rescued" by the very helpful staff. I believe that this place is only open seasonally.

Fun, adventuresome, challenging course. It offers objectives for any skill level. to really experience the full worth of the experience, though, you should do the entire course. You should be pretty athletic, I think to do the final challenge course. We certainly had an excellent time!

We took our two grandsons to Tree Top Quest in Buford, GA today 9/22/12 they are ages 14 & 15. For $39.00 each you can play in the trees for 2 1/2 hours. The boys liked all the levels but level 3 was the best, due to the zip lines. Level 5 was the hardest but still a lot of fund. The staff really know what their doing and make things seem really easy and simple. We saw people of all ages and sizes so just give it a try and you will like it. They have tables outside so bring your lunch and drinks.

Me and my fiancee came here for some Saturday fun. I had no idea what I was getitng myself into. By the way, wear shorts and good shoes! Its hot in the trees. I wore jeans and boots!! haha.. I completed the black course but it was more difficult being so hot! I am not very athletic and i could do this course... very proud!

I took my boyfriend, who is a rock climber, here for his birthday. I wanted something adventurous and fun and Treetop Quest delivered. You are given a brief description by the guides informing you how to use your equipment then you are free to explore on your own. We only did three of the five course. One of the courses (#3) is all ziplinning. Course (#5) is the most challenging. This is definitely a place for all ages and skill levels and is a great workout as well!

My girls are always looking for something to do during the summer besides riding their horses. This was a treat to find. There was so much to do and so little time. Look for their coupons in the "throw-aways" or on-line.
