This was a beautiful tasting room with lovely views of the valley and town below and the snow-capped San Francisco Peaks in the distance. There were three of us in my party and we all did the 4 tastings for $10 each. The lady working at the tasting bar was very accommodating and pleasant. However, the red wines that we tried were average at best and unfortunately, the whites and pinks that we ordered (in our opinion) were awful. We would go back to the Jerome Winery again for the views, a light bite to eat and perhaps next time, we'd get the bottled micro-brews instead of the wine.

This place has a great atmosphere and beautiful view of the valley. The wine is a little pricey but if there is a special take advantage of it. There is an upstairs and downstairs tasting room. The view from both were fantastic! Nice to just sit and enjoy your wine. The food seemed to be good. But we just had a tasting while there. I think I could have sat there a lot longer if the wine had been a little bit less expensive. My husband and I shared a tasting as did the couple we went with.

In general, not very impressed with Jerome. Friends have told me to go and visit this old ghost town in the mountains. To me, It's an old mining town that has over commercialized itself with tourists shops, eateries, couple of old hotels, some granola-hippy type shops, and pubs. It seems its all about the revenue with a play on the history of the town. Very few shops display the history, only in the form of the old buildings and plaques. Various shop products are made in Mexico , New Mexico or other states. Very few locally made items. All items are so overpriced. I'm not against making a profit but, it's just plain rediculous. The wines are way over priced as well. The quality, marginal at best. I've had other wines in Arizona. Their just not good . Not having the right soil or climate matters in wine making. If I'm going to spend $50 on a bottle of wine it better be pretty good. Do yourself a favor and save your money for Napa.

The woman pouring wine was very knowledgeable. The wine was good, and reasonably priced, and the view is amazing!

My wife and I always enjoy a trip to Jerome. The Jerome Winery was outstanding. We enjoyed the wine tasting along with a wonderful meat and cheese platter. The views from this winery were awesome.

First this is a nice scenic setting. We stopped in while visiting in Jerome. We are from the Finger Lakes wine region of upstate NY, where there are about 100 wineries so we are into the wine tasting experience. We weren't impressed with most of the wines we tasted, but we are use to the grape growing and resulting wines of the Finger Lakes. Nice place to visit though.

Quaint tasting room and nice outdoor area. Staff seemed a little less in to the wine than other places but still an enjoyable experience.

Stopped in while wandering through Jerome mostly for the novelty of Arizona wine and the tasting room's killer view (I think this is the same place as the Bitter Creek winery - they were pouring both). Particularly enjoyed the Dulcetto and bought a couple bottles (on special) to take home. I asked why the bottle said bottled in California - apparently prior to 2009 or so they didn't have facilities in AZ but were using AZ grapes and the same winemaker. More recent vintages are all AZ.

They have a number of local wines, lots of tasting options and two different tasting rooms. They also have a selection of Port's at the 'uphill' room

Definitely check out the decor and artwork. They had good wines as well as ports. It's a bit of a climb to get there, but worth it.

Stop in and taste Arizona wines for a small fee. Located on the one way street going up the hill from the Clarksdale location on hwy 89A

We visited this wine tasting room last in Jerome. The staff was nice, but the wines weren't as bold and full as we'd become accustomed to. We opted not to buy. They did have outdoor seating that was a very nice and cozy option.

My wife and I visited in late August '12 and found the wine, the small, friendly tasting room and the staff (Mickey) warm and hospitable. Mickey was pouring and were shared about ourselves, and he told of some of his background too. Very interesting gentleman. At the end, he even busted out the guitar! Very nice..Down the hill is Bitter Creek Winery tasting room and it has an amazing view!

Between this and the Bitter Creek Winery you can not go wrong with wine tastings in Jerome. They are sister wineries, but they have completely different selections.
