If you have traveled all the way to Tombstone; this is a definite see. It includes witness accounts and historical evidence regarding the OK Corral shootout. Plenty of history in the building to see.

When you mention Tombstone to folks, they usually think of the gunfight at the OK Corral; which is quite natural, but there many other attractions of historical interest in Tombstone, Arizona and other attractions that are campy, but fun! The Tombstone Courthouse falls into the prior category and is very interesting to tour. The cost is reasonable and the information and artifacts keep your interest. You can even watch DVD inactment of a trial in the old courtroom.

Took the kids so they could see the gallows out back. The courtroom on the 2nd floor is great, but there is a ton of other artifacts and information about the people, culture, and history of Tombstone inside this courthouse.

Interesting artifacts, but once again $$$$$$. Museums used to be free no more.nobody to explain Orr tell about it.

We really enjoyed visiting Tombstone AZ. This place looks like it is still in the 1800s, with the exception of cars and power poles... The stores are still old style, Big Nose Kate's saloon is still there and functioning, this is a great attraction for anyone that likes the old west and history. I highly recommend a visit to Tombstone!

This is an simple, informative museum. The gallows are overrated. My favorite part was the barbed wire fencing display and the discussions about native grasses. They have a mining display that my miner brother really enjoyed. Tombstone itself is an overrated tourist trap. It's fine for one day, but as a local we're done after the first trip.

This is the place to start your visit in Tombstone! The mining exhibit was especially interesting, but hallways and a second floor contained displays of everything from varieties of old school bells and buggies to information I had never seen on Wyatt Earp. Well-maintained, but I would agree with another reviewer that staining the gallows would have made it fit in better with the rest of the displays.

My husband and I both enjoyed the tour but or 9, 7 and 3 year olds were bored most of the time. The kids' favorite part were the gallows and ringing the bells. Perhaps if we would have started our day out here they would have enjoyed it more. Very friendly staff and clean restrooms!!

Provided much history on the town and the area. Excellent for the kids to learn. Displays were excellent... The platform of the gallows should have been stained to match the original beams present, to keep the historical aspect alive.

We truly enjoyed the Tombstone Courthouse. The information shared is well displayed, lots of background and stories about artifacts and items in the courthouse. There are stories about settlers and the people who made Tombstone the city it was. I was very impressed at the rooms and items for view, from a courtroom to the gallows area! Absolutely would recommend visitors go to the Courthouse! A bonus is if one cannot climb the stairs, they offer a video for use that shows and explains displays.

If you are a real history buff you will find the courthouse interesting, definitely worth the time and the modest entrance fee.

The Tombstone Courthouse is a state park and well planned out with lots of interesting displays. They have a video in the upper courtroom which was quite interesting to view and understand some of the issues faced by the settlers in the area. Lots of interesting things to read, muse upon and help one imagine how it must have been to live in this area in its "hay day".Definitely would recommend the site for the small fee.

I have to wonder who approved the sheet metal downspouts on this landmark. The town is a tourist trap. Don't hope for historic accuracy and you will be ok.

This was a great opportunity to see the real history of Tombstone - it's not all about the OK Corral after all! $5 entrance fee.

Tombstone is a place you have to visit, but the town itself is a Tourist Trap. This museum was OK at best. Cost was $5/person, which is OK, but would I revisit-NO. It is an old courthouse, so to visit the 2nd floor requires climbing a long, winding, wide staircase. Overall, I should have stayed at the Crystal Palace Saloon and had another beer.
