rolando's supper club

Everyone raves about this restaurant but I am doubtful if I ever try it. Don't call them during the lunch hour. I called to check on their hours. A woman answered and after I said Good Afternoon she said "it's lunch time; don't bother us" and hung up. Was that rude or what? And definitely was not good for business. I can't really rate them since it doesn't look like I will be going there. Maybe she thought I was a solicitor but I still think she should have at least waited to find out what I wanted and then ask me to call back.
