Went there with my wife. I am 6 ft tall and I had trouble seeing around the person in front of me. My poor wife gave up on trying to see the Play. When they renovated the theater, they should have elevated each row and staggered the seats so you could see over the person in fronts shoulder instead of looking at the back of their head. They also should have made the seats a little larger with some elbow room. They do present a good selection of plays and the actors are awesome, but do to the uncomfortable seating we will not return. Check it out for yourself.

We drove 33 miles to buy tickets on a previous day and then on the day of the show were late due to an accident on I-95. The doors were locked and when someone opened them we were told they couldn't seat us because the show had started. No alternatives were given, not even that we could be seated at intermission like the tickets stated. We saw someone else admitted as we were walking toward the door and while we were standing there deciding what to do another couple who had also been held up in the same accident on I-95 were admitted and seated. We were never even let in the door.We will not return to this theatre or NSB for that matter.

we have been coming to NSB for years a week at a time and they were always between plays this year the opened Man who came to Dinner on our last night in town so we were able to get tickets..in the back , off to a side but for a small theatre it didn't matter the price was surprisingly cheap .. you could tell it was community theatre ( lots of over acting ) but that makes it fun.The play itself wasn't one we'd go see elsewhere pretty much a British farce that is standard in community playhouse but looking at their schedule they do put on much more sophisticated works.

The Little Theater is a small local theater in New Smyrna. All the actors, stagehands and staff are volunteers. We've had the pleasure of seeing several productions there. The last production "Dracula" (seen on Halloween) was by far the most technically superior production we've seen at the theater. Lighting, sound effects, makeup and scenery were all great. Of course, don't expect a Broadway production but for volunteers, the acting was good and the hard work was evident. It was well worth the $15.00 admission with every seat in the house being a good one.

The entertainers are very good, they have a great variety of shows for a very reasonable night out. My wife and I enjoy it and the shows as well.

Having a free evening in NSB, we called for tickets to the running musical, Bingo! What a pleasant surprise! The theatre is in a stand-alone contemporary building that accommodated the audience comfortably as well as allowing for good lighting and sound. The amateur cast was enthusiastic and experienced giving a wonderful performance. That the script called for audience involvement added to the experience. We came away feeling that we had a very pleasant evening at the theatre.

This is a theatre in a small town and for being so was not bad. The singing varied according to the actor but it was still entertaining. It felt real small town and they were very cordial and inviting.

Amazing actors and directors here! We've seen 3 performances and all were terrific. Count on being entertained.

I love the small theater experience more than a big space where you might see who's on stage. The acting is big and that is what is important. I have seen many productions here and will continue to go as often as possible. Season tickets are worth it and plan to purchase them next year when I have more time.

This is a live theater, have been there multiple times and it is always busy. Shows are always entertaining; Waited to order tickets for holidays and they were sold out. Minimal parking, so plan to walk across busy road. Refreshments they are sold off a card table and not allowed inside theater the lobby can get very crowded. The theater and bathrooms are always very clean (nothing like the movies).

We much enjoyed the Feb. 21 opening night of Man of La Mancha (which runs until March 9). As baby-boomers, we sorta knew this musical classic- it started on Broadway in 1965 and won five Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and has been revived four times there. But, wow-- this production was so well done and musically fun--here in this small beach city! We've had these great songs bouncing in our heads since. With the Olympics going on-- what's their score? 5 Stars!

Went to see Steel Magnolias the first time I went. Really enjoyed it. The theatre itself was nice! Clean and comfy seats, I really don't think you can get a bad seat. Will keep on my list of places to go when in town.

We had driven past this theater many times and decided to give it a try. The play itself was enjoyable, but the seats were uncomfortable...way too low to the floor ....which made for getting up and down very difficult and the sight lines hard to see.

Nice community theater and the shows are always entertaining. It is more of a modern theater and very intimate. The awesome new parking lot on the same side of the street is free, convenient and safer than parking in Publix across A1A.

If you want a zingy musical, a zany comedy or real drama, go to The Little Theater! Throughout the year they put on a variety of shows, which you can find by calling or checking their website. They have a diverse & talented group of local actors & you will enjoy yourself, when you go. The tickets are very reasonable, too! :>)
