Excellent course. Very nice facility and a beautiful layout. First rate all of the way. Take your camera because you will want to frame some pictures from this beauty.

Service and attention to your needs and desires was outstanding. Restaurant personnel the best. Views were very special, over looking golf hole with ocean just over the knoll.

Did a guys golf trip in October as we typically do. We did the stay and pay package. This was one of the best guys golf trip destinations ever. Resort amenities unbelievable including hot tub, steam room after or before a long day of golf. Unlimited golf was included and a great breakfast as well. 2 courses to play one right on he property so could walk out of our room to the course. Courses challenging for all golfers and was in great shape. Sushi bar, cigar bar and restaurants right on the premises. We are all under 10 handicaps and were impressed with the courses. The staff went way out of their way to accommodate us. Check it out you won't be disappointed,

We played it October 13, 2014. It was slow time of year for the resort, so we had no trouble getting a tee time. However, note that when I called the pro shop for a tee time I asked whether I was staying at the resort. When I said I was not, I was told it is a private course, and I could only play it if I were staying at the resort. My playing partner had been told previously by someone at the pro shop that we could make a tee time only on golf18network.com and only two weeks prior to our preferred date IF there were any tee times available. That is what we did. I understand from one of the club employees that summer is their high season (yep summer) so you may find it more difficult to get a tee time online in the summer especially if you would want an early morning tee time (which you would to avoid the summer heat). The course has plenty of water hazards, but if you can stay within your own game, you won't have too much trouble with the hazards. The wind off the Atlantic is another matter. If you're used to playing in the wind, it might not bother you. It was blowing 25 to 30 mph the day we played. It was a little difficult. Of course the holes along and into the coast were tougher. The course was in great condition, and the green speeds were very accommodating. I'd like a chance to play it again.

Attended a wedding last week and it was very special indeed. Beautiful surroundings, right on the Ocean....Food was terrific as well as the service being top notch. This is a private club with beautiful grounds. The golf course is tough but fun to play.

You just gotta play it! Early mornings of course are the best times in July - August. Course is a tough play, but well worth it. Be sure to book through the resort before you go as tee times go fast and can only be booked if you are a quest at Hammock Resort.

The course is a great layout, is in excellent condition and very scenic. Each hole has great character. I played this 12 - 15 years ago and always considered it in my top 3 courses. There has now been more housing construction and the ocean views don't feel quite as good - but it is still top 10 and we stayed at the attached resort for the first time and had a great time. We will be back.

great golf course, impeccably maintained, beautiful scenery. LOVED it. The course overlooks the ocean, which is amazing. The grass was perfect, greens were amazing. My Dad and I loved playing this course.

This course lived up to its expectations...great condition, challenging but fair, amenities were top-notice, and the staff was fabulous. The price will keep us from playing it often, but we will play it again.

Our group played the course for our event and everything was outstanding. Lots of fun, see the ocean, fun, fun course. Will return some day....

A Jack Nicklaus designed course that was playable. I'm not always a fan of Nicklaus course design, but this track could be played by someone other than Nicklaus. There were some difficult holes but most were fair, they presented a challenge without seeming borderline impossible. Conditioning was very good for February in northern FL. Greens ran at a 8-9 and were smooth and true. Excellent staff who made us feel very welcome despite the fact we were not members. This is a private club.My group consisted of single digit handicaps and everyone enjoyed the experience. Even though a number of holes border the ocean, one doesn't have a view due to dune line vegetation. Don't expect Peeble.

Worth the price. Not an every day course, but fun to play and challenging. The pro shop staff were very friendly and the pub above is great as well.

This is a terrific golf course. The holes are memorable. The level of difficulty can be adjusted depending on tees you choose. The scenery is very good on 8&9 and the closing holes. Staff is cordial but not warm or gracious.

Extremely challenging Golf course , The closeness to the ocean brings the wind into play on every hole. the doglegs with water allows you to cut the hole based upon one's ability,
