There is absolutely no chance I would ever check this out if I wasn't already for a funeral. The displays are in the hallway and tell the story of various famous people that have died and a little about their funerals. Nothing super, but if your here for a viewing and need a distraction these displays provide it. Otherwise there is no way I would ever have looked at these things otherwise.

. This is truly a one of a kind museum. You may be a little surprised to find where it is actually located, in a funeral home, BUT that adds to the uniqueness of it. John Herzig is a 3rd generation funeral director and he has graciously shared his interests with all of us. The collections of memorabilia from deceased celebrities funerals is tastefully and beautifully presented. We all are so lucky he preserved so much of history for us all to look at.From Abraham Lincoln to William McKinley to Marilyn Monroe to Andy Griffith, just to name a few, we can relive some of their historic moments that are so special and important to us all. Do plan to stop by and visit. It is truly an educational and interesting experience.
