WOW! Do NOT wait until 1 min past your cancellation time to try to change ANYTHING about your reservation. All I want to do was cancel my cake. I called at a quarter after 12 in the afternoon eight days prior to my party. I was told that I had to contact the main office, their main office is not open on the weekends so I had to wait until Monday to call. Once I finally got a hold of their main office on Monday I was hung up on then unable to get a hold of that office again until Tuesday. I'm not sure what the problem was with their phone system but no one seemed to know what happened either… It was a very big runaround and hassle. So bottom line is as far as they're concerned this cake we're getting. No one really cares about how they've lost me on the phone, they don't care about customer service at all. It seems to be nobody's problem. So I plan on letting everyone know about their very poor customer service. And to save yourself the hassle do not even use this venue it is not worth the headache. I'm sure the children will have a good time, but as far as the parents are concerned it's not worth your time and hassle.

This place is good if you want to play laser tag as an adult or a kid. There are arcade games one can play including DDR and air hockey. I didn't give this place five stars because they don't give you a print out of your score after the game. You have to squint at a screen in the ceiling to see your score and ranking. I highly recommend this place for laser tag!

Great for kids and adults. Have been here several times and always have fun. Equipment has always worked and staff are helpful during game play.

My family has been visiting here for years & years. It never gets old. We have so much fun every time. I must admit the birthday party rooms need updating & more supervision for parties. That area has gone down hill GREATLY. We visit just for an afternoon of fun when in the area. I wish they would open one on the West side like they planned in Fairview Park. It's A MUST SEE/PLAY FOR ANY AGE! A+

For kids and young at heart. It is an average place. if you are a bit husky or are tall this place does not have equipment to fit you

This place is great. Their laser tag gear is super cool. They have arcade games to play while you wait your turn for the next laser tag game. It's great to have a birthday party here too. I had one and it was stress free they took care of everything even the cake and party bags all I had to do was pay. I will definitely be back.

Had a great time with my son....It was a diffrent experience and had a good time! Recommend this place to all!

This is one of our Church Youth Group's favorite outings. We take the kids here during our Annual Lock In. We go from 11pm to 1am and have the place to ourselves. There is a large arena and the majority of us can be playing at the same time. It's a great time for a large group activity. We take about 30 people.

We have been there a couple of times, and the organization is always great. The kids love it, and get to play a lot. The second time we went was for a birthday, and they did a great job.

I've gone here a lot a few years ago and years ago, it's fun...kids and teens enjoy it. Its a good way to play around in a positive and active way.

Took a group of 6 boys here for my son's 13 b-day. They did 2 rounds of lazer tag, ate pizza, pop & cake which we had delivered and they also enjoyed the video game room. They loved it and it wasn't too expensive.

My wife and I went here last weekend with our son and a friend with their kids. It was a blast!!! The adults had just as much fun as the kids did!! None of us wanted to leave!!!! We will definitely buy the all day pass next time!!

Not a very good place to really go & enjoy yourself.

If your booking a b-day party there take names of everybody you talk to.The area you wait unitl your turn to go lazer tagging is super small with out dated games and is just a dump.I booked a party there for one of my kids and watched as all these parents dropped of there kids and drove away to be told that we dont have a party area for you are you sure today is your party day!It took alot to get them to slips us in and they treated us bad after they did!
