Rest assured, we will address what you were told at the ticket booth - it seems that the way it was conveyed to you was the source of the miscommunication. The Adult and Child Fun Packs do not, indeed, contain the scarier events - many children under 13 are easily upset by those Haunts, and we are committed to a family-friendly environment. Our expectation of cast inside the Haunts is that they scare/entertain our patrons- they are expressly taught to be courteous at the same time. We will address your assertion that they were not. Thank you for taking the time to outline your experience and we hope you will give us another chance to impress you.~The Castle of Muskogee

If you return, you can find maps in 6 places in the streets, and you can also get a map at the Info Tent next to the ticket booth. Any character in the street (and many of our merchants) can also direct you. Hope to see you again!~The Castle of Muskogee

TaraUUU: Thanks for coming out to visit! There are 6 different banks of restrooms on site - it's hard to imagine that long a wait at any of them! However, we are adding more for this coming weekend. An hour wait for some of the Haunts on a super-busy night (like this past weekend) is not unimaginable - luckily, the lines do keep moving as quickly as humanly possible.~The Castle of Muskogee

Hi Dawn! Thanks for the feedback! If you come back out again this year, you might try the Trail of Blood, which was completely redesigned this year. New scenes were added to the Hayride and to the Enchanted Boardwalk. Each year, we try to make some subtle changes in each Haunt - perhaps too subtle.
