This has been a favorite Omaha mine for years. However, we recently had a family wedding at the winery and now it ranks even higher in my estimation. Loretta and her staff made my niece's wedding a thing of beauty! Food was wonderful, staff was accommodating, we couldn't have asked for more. Of course the crowning element are the views from the patios! The loup valley is spectacular year round. We were on a tight budget for the wedding but everything looked and tasted first class. This was a relatively small wedding - about 30 people.With all this it is still a great place to meet your friends for a glass of wine!

There's a reason for the "view" in the name of the establishment, for its restaurant & tasting room on the edge of the sandhills overlooks the Loup River valley and the village of St. Paul. Lovely situation. We haven't sampled the food, but had a leisurely tasting. Generally, the reds need some work, but we found a couple of whites we wanted to take home, so left with a half-case.
