Great equestrian facilities located between the maountains and the Pacific Ocean. Well run facility, great management team and some terrfiific polo played there

Was here for a lacrosse tourney (a bit different than the usual usage), and I couldn't believe how beautiful this place was. Has an old school charm with the clubhouse, and then has the stables and everything surrounding a gigantic pristine field of grass. Workers were very nice, and the view was unbeatable with the mountains on one side.

Polo games begin at 1:00 and 3:00pm each Sunday May-October. A really fun outing for the family. Entrance fee of $10 for 18 and older included a lovely magazine and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine! They even had sparkling cider for kids and non-drinkers. The announcer was great, making the game easy and fun to follow. Wear a cute hat for fun and sun protection!

The grounds are really kept up well. Easy access to parking lot or street parking. If you get here early you can park on street and save $$ but we preferred parking in the lot to be able to get things out of car as needed. Lots of places to get good food.

This is a fun summer outing on the weekends. A lot of international teams visit for the season and there is a general small town feeling to a great sport. Which makes it accessible to more than one would imagine.

Charming, easily accessible from freeway, always a great time.

If you are a polo enthusiast, or just want to check out incredible polo action by some of the best players in the world, this venue is for you! Every July - August/early SeptemberSPRC hosts an array of local and visiting teams for the best high goal polo matches in the U.S.A., outside of Florida in the winter or NY in the spring. Internationally renown athletes rated at the sports highest handicaps bring their incredible ponies and skill to tcompete in the sport's most coveted tournaments. Watch 8 - 10 goal players such as Cambiaso, Merlos brothers, Astrada, Gracida's and our own U.S.A 8 goal player, Jeff Hall plus numerous others as they battle in the saddle. Sitting fieldside provides an up close and relaxed atmosphere. You will need to bring something to sit on,. Tail gaiting is highly encouraged. While the club house is for member's only, they do have a food concessionaire right next door. There are also numerous eateries just a couple miles down the road. . Playoff competition is on Thurs and/or Fridays and admission is FREE! Admission on Sunday's is $15 p.p. Iff you phone ahead, you can live it up and rent your own private cabana w/ chairs et al. Need to purchase tack? Jackson Hole Emporium, a supplier of quaity equine tack and athlete apparrel is located on site. Be sure to say hi to George who is just the nicest guy, and will go out of his way to find what you need if it is not on hand. If you are an up and coming player or want to try your hand at this sport SBRC also offers instruction and low goal action to get you hooked! Great club, super venue, and amazing polo!
