It was just my husband and I in our group. When we arrived, there was a group inside having a great time. We were looking for a little quieter experience, so we stepped outside to the grounds. Perfect. It was a nice view just over some rosebushes to the vineyard. Toward closing time (around 6) we went inside in case they needed us to leave. We never felt rushed. Sandy was pouring our samples, and she is an absolutely fantastic lady to chat with! She knows the area very well, and we just felt very welcomed in here tasting room. I wouldn't consider myself a true conniseuer of wine, but I do enjoy comparing varieties. I was looking more toward the experience, not actually rating the wine. We were treated very well here, and there is absolutely NO snobby air about the room.

I live in Fairfield and always our relatives out if town like to go to napa or Sonoma I told them will go to Sonoma and Napa and after that will go to suisun valley wineries . They felt so happy to end up our tour here at the blue Victorian house because here they treat you very good .

My husband and I decided to take a visit to a local winery to beat all the traffic in Napa. We are so glad we did. The wine was great and the venue was gorgeous. A great way to spend our afternoon.

I love this place! The Blue Victorian at Vezer family vineyards in Suisun California is right in my back yard (Fairfield CA.). Just 4 miles from home, my wife and I visit every month to sip some great wine and unwind. I'm a "Chieftain" wine club member at Vezer winery so of course I'm a little bias in my review, but with good cause. Soon to be a Sommelier student at the International Culinary Center, I've enjoyed wines from around the world and have tasted many in 38 years. The Blue Victorian at Vezer winery has some of the best award winning wines I've tasted and you should stop by for a sampling. The staff are top notch, warm and welcoming. The Blue Victorian is a great place not only for wine but a great venue for weddings as well. So stop by and give your taste buds a treat! I'm sure you'll find something to your liking. By the way, try the La Salette or Cab for a special treat. Cheers!!

The Blue Victorian is a part of the Vezer Family Wines collection. The Vezers operate an amazing family wine business in the Suisun Valley. Don't let the lack of emphasis on Suisun Valley wines scare you off. Vezer's wines are far superior to anything we've tried in Napa or Sonoma. The ambiance and service at the Blue Vic was stellar. Frank, the winery owner, gave a great barrel room tour to describe the process that goes into making their zinfandel. This wine is by far the best red I've ever had.Their other tasting room at Mankas Corner is also a great spot, but the Blue Vic really gives you an intimate setting for tastings.

We visited Blue Victorian Vineyards recently. They are the same as Vezer Family Vineyards, just a different tasting location. We had heard that their wines were quite nice and had tried one at a fund raiser. However after plowing through their selection, we didn't find one that we wanted to buy. Some where oxidized, others had little flavor, and one didn't taste like the varietal. We are not sure what others have seen in the wine as one of us works in the industry and we've tasted at hundreds of wineries for pleasure and professionally. The staff was nice, but the tasting room experience was a bit odd. A TV was blaring in the background with ads and videos, a well lubricated party was making a huge amount of noise, and background music was completing with all of it. Simplifying the ambiance would have helped tone it down a bit. We'll probably try them one more time in a year to see if their wines have matured, but they have a ways to go to compete with Napa or Sonoma.

In August 2013, my in-laws from GA visited. After a couple days in Napa...we decided to relax close to home and visited the Blue Vic. What we experienced was simply awesome. Johnny Cash serenaded us while we drank some of the best wine I've ever tasted---better than most wine I've had in Germany/Italy...and by far better than any wine I tasted in Napa. Every single glass was amazing---and when combined with the cheese plate, a whole new experience happened. I immediately became one of their Wine Club Chieftains and the only thing I've ever regretted...was not finding and joining them sooner. I have gone here at LEAST once a month since joining...and don't forget their tasting room at Mankas Corner where the La Salette is the best wine ever!

This is one of two great wineries owned by one family in Suisun Valley that you must not miss. The other is is Veser Family Vineyard , which is just down the road. The wine are different at each. The wine is wonderful as is the family and those that work there. They make you feel right at home and they really know their wines. They make you feel right at home. Don't miss this one.

We enjoyed a nice morning exploring the vineyard. Jake/wine maker, gave us a nice education on wine and wine tasting! The place itself was small but beautiful!! Loved the wine and wound up shipping a case home! Thanks for the tour and taking time to talk to us, Jake!

Joseph Cooper, our host for the afternoon, made this winery one of our favorites! You know you'll have a great time sipping wine, listening to rock music! You are poured a very generous tasting of many wines, while sitting under a canopy overlooking the vineyards - could life be better? I think not! Part of the tour is a barrel tasting - three combination barrel tasting, which was amazing! Props to Jake the Winemaker on his blend! Very relaxed. You will need a while for this tasting - we were there for close to three hours!

We love visiting the Blue Victorian! Joseph is WILD, entertaining, and so knowledgeable about wines. The tasting room is lovely with comfy chairs and a fireplace. The barrel room is also beautiful and the site of many events. They always host great events too! But best of all, they have wonderful wines and very affordable prices. Do visit. Enjoy a glass of wine on the porch and watch the grape vines grow!

Very pleasant visit to Vezer's Blue Victorian, taking advantage of an offer to "barrel taste." We asked to taste the inside of the barrel, but that option was frowned upon . . .laugh now.Several very nice wines ,,, and our host, "joe" was very engaging, and had plenty of time for us ! ! !Loved the Cabernet / Merlot / blend. No need to taste the "sophie" again. This was a wonderful way to pass three hours. Thanks to Joe.

Stopped by Blue Victorian winery on a midweek afternoon early October. (It is one of the two wineries owned by Vezer family wineries.) It has a small, cozy atmosphere, and almost feels like you are walking into someone's very beautiful, victorian style house. Joseph was working--and how glad we were. He was absolutely fantastic--friendly, informative, passionate about the wines, genuine, and welcoming-- and to top it all off, the wine was some of the best we tasted in 3 days of tasting including in the Napa area;-(highly recommend getting away from Napa and exploring the Fairfield/Seisun region). To us, so much of the enjoyment from a tasting comes from the server, and Joseph was awesome.Thank you Joseph for making such a great memory for us.

Used a Groupon for wine tasting and food pairing ($35 for two). Our host gave us a private tour of the facilities, the barrel room and was very ingaging and a wealth of knowledge. There was a variety of cheeses, chocolate, and summer sausage along with the appropriate wine. Great grounds to explore. Really enjoyed the day.
