The quiet and the peace... the tranquil, well-landscaped path to the sunset is remarkable. Sunset view is truly memorable. Breathtaking views in an enchanting locale. I'd never been anywhere else like this for sunset.

Peaceful and quiet, away from the bustle of life. The views are outstanding. Gardens with benches for relaxing or contemplating. Tables on a concrete patio for a one of a kind lunch spot (bring your own eats).

This gorgeous place is so peaceful. Stop and take in the view, breathe in the gorgeous aroma around you, and chill out. Lie in the grass, sit on a bench, meditate anywhere you land, take magnificent photos, and above all appreciate this hidden gem. Unbelievable and totally worth it.

Very karmic very beautiful and peaceful. Worth the drive but narrow ish road. When we were there we parked r car took the dogs out and unpacked a BBQ rib lunch from Westridge Market and enjoyed a tailgate lunch. A couple was walking off in another direction to get married. The views r spectacular u see for miles and can see what looks like citrus or olive groves. There is a meditation area and building it's very quiet and tranquil and outside their door is a table w small plants for sale. The Mount is tranquil but I think it needs more of an overall posting of everything to see up there or maybe I just didn't see it. Not for a faint of heart driver just stay on ur side of the road. Sights like u may never see in a lifetime as far as views go!

Beautiful sunset, very peaceful and calm location. Perfect to relax for a bit. Main attraction is the sunset.

Loved this small retreat that has amazing views, peaceful, beautiful landscaping where you can spend a few hours or have a picnic.

We went up there on a day when the air was of very high quality (for California) it was a beautiful view.

Meditation Mount has a very nice view of Ojai. It has nice gardens and is very tranquil. Had some nice sculpture on the grounds when I went.

Peaceful, beautiful, and what a view. We went on a Friday so there was practically nobody else there. That was a plus.

Meditation Mount is only 5 miles away from downtown Ojai, and a lovely place to visit and view the valley. I went to visit two mornings in a row after sunrise and had the place to myself. Loved it.

It's tough to give anything but a glowing review of a mountain top dedicated to meditation, so I'll just say that the area has a sort of focused energy that makes this site especially useful when you need deep meditation. The scenery is beautiful, the area is very quiet, and they even had free plants to take with you on the way out. Loved it.

Lots of room to open and clear your mind, take in the views and think about what's for lunch! A great place to bring folks from out of town, as the drive there really shows the diversity and the best of Ojai! Enjoy! You'll be abck!

I am always looking for something different to do when in Ojai. Meditation Mount is very easy to get to and it's free. Walk about the grounds and sit on a bench and look over the valley. We were there too early for the sunset but we will return again when the wait for the sun to go down isn't too long of a wait.

If you are looking for a great sunset view, this one can't be beat! A lot of time has been spent creating a very peaceful environment. But there are dozens and dozens of people there for sunset...dogs running around, people talking - NOT a great spot for meditating.

Worth a visit while you are in Ojai. Nice view with lots of native plants to check out. The overall feeling is peaceful. You may connect with your spiritual side during your visit.
