This is a beautiful lake with many activities. An excellent family spot. Boating, fishing, kayaking, hiking are just some of the summer fun. We love staying at the little cabins at the Marina but I highly warn you to avoid Haskins Valley Inn. The accommodations are just adequate and the host is very opinionated and loves sharing it with her breakfast guests. We quit going there after about 3 visits and all our friends have done the same. Who wants to hear other peoples politics when they are on vacation!
