This casino needs some real work on their ventilation. The smell of smoke hits you at the front door. You defiantly will leave smelling like a ash tray. Those who say differently, smoke. I play same games, for the same money elsewhere as I did here. The payouts here are so low, it's ridiculous. To top it off, it's the first time I received wine in a white plastic cup when I purchased a cocktail.

I went to Sobosa Casino for a birthday party then I went for A New Year's Eve party both was in the AC Lounge really big dance hall full bar the two things that where bad was if you are by your self you can not buy a pitcher of beer and when I went to the New Year's Eve party when it was time to leave the New Year's Eve party you can hear shots fired in the soboba reservation area, the casino needs to be moved to another location that's only my thought.

We live pretty close to this casino but until last night we hadn't been here for over a year. After our experience last night we will probaby never return. We had a negative experience right at the doorway when a security guard hassled our son for his I.D. even though he will be thirty years old this August! He had to walk back to the car to get it which was a fairly long walk both ways. When we entered the casino we all noticed how smoke filled it was and we normally aren't even sensitive to that, as some people are. For instance, we have been to the Morongo casino many times and don't mind the inside air there even though I have noticed many negative reviews of the Morongo due to the smoke in the air. The ventiation system at the Soboba casino seems to be non existant, wiith the ceiling being low and no air flow. Someone mentioned there is a room there that is non smoking but we were never informed of this in any way, such as verbally or a sign to inform us. Perhaps that guard at the front entrance who hassled our son for his I.D. could have mentioned this to customers but he didn't. Even if there is a non smoking room and snack bars and restaurant are NOT in a non smoking room so if you plan on eating there you better not mind a smoke filled room for that. Speaking of restaurants, there actually is no real restaurant, unless you consider a glorified snack bar to be a restaurant. There is no table service that we are aware of.. The carpeting looks filthy, a lot more filthy when we were there over a year ago. we did get coffee at their coffee bar and noticed prices were too high. For instance, a very small piece of carrot cake costs $4.00 which is WAY too high for a place like this. I would recommend anyone who wants to go to a casino in the general area, Morongo is a much better choice and Morongo also has nice rooms if you wish to stay overnight, along with a simming pool for guests.. We stayed overnight there twice.

If your Hispanic you will love this casino! If not be forewarned. They collect money from everyone else to payout to Hispanics in various winnings I.e. Machine jackpots, drawings, free play, etc.Use to be a frequent flyer, but stopped going because they love ripping everyone off in order to cater to their PREFERRED clientele.

My experience at Soboba was very nice, valet parking was very convenient, and efficient, the casino itself was nice and roomy, and they are adding a new section, which they are planning on opening in a few weeks. there are many different types of slot machines, and very nice choice of different types of places to get something to eat. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience.

I think it is funny reading these reviews, Soboba Casino has one of the largest Non-Smoking rooms I have ever seen at a Casino. The games offered in the Non-Smoking room are pretty much mirrored to what is on the rest of the floor. The employees are very nice and personable. The Slot Attendants are very quick and polite. I really can't say anything negative about my visit. I was able to play for several hours on very little and walked away ahead. I would totally recommend Soboba Casino to any of my family and friends.

It's a great Casino!! The staff are helpful and they provide shuttle and non-smoking gaming. The slots are well maintained and easy to use.

Soboba is good for entertainment only. The machines pay little by little depending on day of week. The cafe serves ok food for eating in while playing slots or poker. The atmosphere is loud. Sometimes a little smokey. Again, just to go for a day for entertainment. Aces sports bar inside is good for hanging out watching all sports. At night they have music. Some nights better than others.

My husband and I decided to check out the Soboba Casino in San Jacinto,since We just tooka quick drive for the day yesterday.We decided to check out the Casino,since We had neverbeen there before.As soon as We walked in the Casino,it was full of smoke-your eyes starting running and itwas disgusting-We couldn't stand it,no wonder the parking lot seemed so empty!!Believe,Me we did not stay,worst experience in our Casino adventures~!!!!!!Would not recommend it to anyone,even my worst enemy!!!!!

It is a small casino and caters to the local community. Better odds than some of the bigger casinos in the area.

My wife and I were visiting family in the area and decided to pay a visit to this casino. We pulled up to the valet parking area adjacent to the front door, before we could get out of the car the smell of the smoke inside of the building blew inside of our car. We left immediately but it took driving with the windows all down for several minutes before we could get the stench out of our car. If you want to die from second hand smoke, or have your clothing and skin smell like and ashtray, then this is the place for you.
