Great views along Moonstone Drive. One of the best boardwalksin California. It rivals the boardwalk areas along Asilomar on the Monterey Peninsula.

I love the chillaxin' vibe and accessibility of Moonstone Beach - the boardwalk is a plus for anything - classic romantics, meanderers, runners, walkers, lolligaggers and family get togethers including photoshoots! I love this place so much that I can drive up here from LA and enjoy a lovely stroll at Moonstone Beach boardwalk. There are tons to see and trails to check out! I highly recommend this place because it is such a chillaxin' environment!

Nice row of motels with great views and walking trails. Quite scenic with a laid back California vibe.

This is just across of our hotel and we walked on this place going to the beach. It was so romantic and it was wonderful to see some plants on the side some trees. Very relaxing.

Visited Cambria and Moonstone beach last week and had a wonderful time walking along the board walk and beach. Enjoyed the thundering waves during high winds, watching surfers and even a beached Elephant Seal.A hidden gem for hiking near by is the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve with its nice trails along the coastline.

Gorgeous, gorgeous walk! Because of my knee problem, I set 5,000 as my goal on my Fitbit device. My husband and I went on this Walk on Moonstone Drive, with the ocean to look at on one side and a carpet of yellow flowers on the other side of the walk. We enjoyed it so much, I had reached 11,800 without even a sweat. I could even get healthy if I lived nearby!

Drive slow, enjoy the scenery. Be safe and use blinkers to pull off.Not enough people know to let you pass.

There appears to be a great selection of cabins to small hotels along here. On this Valentine's weekend, everyplace was full so advance reservations were necessary. A boardwalk along the waterfront across the street is a real benefit, with access to uncrowded rocky and sandy beaches.

A civilized way to get a shot of Central Coast shoreline. Boardwalk is nice, the views are great. Can have quite a bit of traffic as the entire inland side of the street is lined with hotels.

One of the few "drives" I have experienced with decent parking. There is a boardwalk that parallels the beach, and it is long. Entries are provided frequently, so if you are not good at walking in sand or over rough ground, you will not feel left out.The day we went, there were surf advisories along the coast, which made the experience pretty spectacular.This part of the coast is especially beautiful.

It's a beautiful drive no matter what time of the day, but our favorite is in the afternoon just before the sun sets.

there are several hotels along Moonstone Beach Drive. All have easy access to the boardwalk that goes the length of the drive. Easy walk along the beautiful shoreline. Convenient , beautiful.

We have stayed in hotels on Moonstone Beach many times because we love being close to the ocean and the walks on the boardwalk along the ocean. It is our favorite place in the Cambria area.

Beautiful, well-maintained walk along the coast. Meadows(saw deer on one occasion) on one side, gorgeous sea-coast on the other.
