Awesome views and great environment. My wife and 5 yr old loved the beach. I loved the golf course. The bridge getting to coronado was like a roller coaster.

Course is right on water and laid out with mostly straight and wide open fairways. Staff is helpful, lots of rentals available and pro shop has good selection of clothing, balls, shoes etc. Pricing is moderate. Course is in good shape. Easy to get too and lots of parking. Bring a camera, lots of nice photo shots along the course.

Enjoyed a company outing with various levels of golfers in the group. Course was in great shape and the staff was very welcoming. The staff organized our group (20) and got us off to a great start. Even comped a few range passes. Thanks Coronado GC Staff!!!

The location is the only thing to make this golf experience even average. The most disappointing time of our trip occurred at this golf course. Once you tee off there is no rain check! Well, the wind and the rain came up on the fourth hole for us. So, we decided to have lunch right there at the restaurant. That was the biggest mistake of the trip. Avoid this restaurant at all costs! There were very few people in the restaurant (10 at the most) and we waited over 45 minutes after ordering a simple lunch. We were told by management that there was a computer glitch between the server's input of our order and The cooks receipt of the same. So, we waited, and waited, patiently. Then, when the food came, the salad was barely edible. Most of the iceberg lettuce had to be put aside as it was wilted! Yet, this poor excuse for service (not by our young waiter, he attempted to keep us in a jovial mood) and food did not lead to any deduction on our bill. Yuck

Dropped in yesterday morning to see if I could get slipped on to play. The pro shop staff said I was third up, so off I went. Got paired up with a nice couple from Finland. Their strong accent when speaking English was had to understand, but very pleasant people and fun to walk around with. Seemed like a lot of locals but also quite a few like me that had never been there before. Just listening to people talk while I was walking around. Majority of the holes are just a little shorter than most regulation courses, but the large undulating greens and twisting fairways made up for it. Seemed like almost every hole had a view of the bay/ ocean. Plus all the interesting homes that border one side of the course were cool. Everything was well manicured and taken care of. You will enjoy the course no matter what your ability. Not too hard but enough of a challenge to keep it interesting.

Heard about this place online and thought it would be a great place to just drop in and play. I was surprised on how busy it was. I was lucky that I was going as a single. It was very busy every day and all day. This is a nice track. It was in fairly good shape with some fairways that had a bit of dead grass. The greens were all pretty good and ran somewhat similar. This is a very reasonable place to play as well. The fees were really quite reasonable for the location. There are some great views of Downtown San Diego and the bay of course. If your looking to book any more then one you really need to book early.

The folks at the pro shop were faulous. They gave us tips for the best time to play and that morning we called and were given a tee-time. When we arrived the clubs were ready and they had paired us with a couple of nice guys from Japan. Course was in great shape- nice proshop-starter was friendly. all in all five star experience.

Cheap to play but don't be fooled. It is a great course. The views are fabulous. You will enjoy the sail boats, birds plus the view of the Coronado Bridge and San Diego.

THIS IS MY HOME COURSE - WE PLAY HERE 2X PER WEEK - if you're playing in the morning, the pace is fast. If you're playing later in the day - it's a slower pace. Great views, and the course is in wonderful shape. Singles can show up in the morning and usually walk-on. We always walk to the course - it's a nice walk.

You can't beat the on-course experience--right on the beautiful Glorietta Bay, next to the Coronado Bay Bridge. Easy enough to get on the course, price has gone up a lot in the years but still moderate. Didn't like that we had to be paired up with another person. Play was a bit slow so we were unable to finish the round. Fantastic loaner clubs.

Very reasonable prices. Good view of the beach, the bay and the Coronado Bridge. Easy to walk and the restaurant is good as well

I have played most of the best courses on in California and this one is as good as any. The place is well run by helpful people and the course is long enough and tough enough to challenge any player. With 8 holes on the water and great views everywhere I can't think of a better place to spend the day. The restaurant was nice and the pro shop is well stocked with nice stuff. Don't expect to just show up and play here , its pretty crowded on the weekends and don't expect to play in 4 hours with picture taking and tough hole that ain't gonna happen. But you we not find a better course at a better price anyplace. Make your tee time online in advance and get ready blown away

Flat, tight but fun golf course. Reasonably priced, especially if you are a SD resident. Great views of marina, Hotel Coronado and the Pacific as you play.

An enjoyable course, lovely views of San Diego and the Bay, open wide fairways and large greens. Friendly, welcoming staff, a fun, relaxing picturesque round.

There's a reason why its so tough to walk on - great vacay course to have fun with some very challenging holes and a very nice club house. Enough said.
