toy farmer museum

We had an extra day to spend in Jamestown and took the Chan San San Scenic Backway to Lamour. I don't reccommend taking this long gravel road to get there. The road was much longer than it's reported to be. It took us two hours and 90 miles to get there from Jamestown; the paved highway would've taken us there. We hadn't heard of the Toy Farmer magazine. The man published the magazine and his wife had been selling antiques at flea markets when the man was encouraged to sell farm toys. People from around the world donated farm toys to him that he put in a barn turned into museum. They have a small toy store in the front. We bought metal planes for our grandsons. There are stairs to the second floor.
