The Burlington Visitor Center is a great place to start if you're visiting Skagit Valley. Located on Fairhaven in the middle of old town Burlington, it is a very nice building and there's a lot of local and regional information as well as historical facts and photos. Even if you live in the area, you should stop in and see this place. There are also special events, farmers and craft markets as well as live music.
