If you have a kid from about 2 to 9 they'll probably love this place. Ours had a lot of fun.It has no video games, flashing lights, or computers. It won't rot your child's mind or teeth. It does have water, balls, air, scarves, puzzles, music, dinosaur bones, glow in the dark, building block and much more. The photos don't do it justice. My two kids were non-stop for about 5 hours, and we left only because the place closed. The admission is reasonable and covers only half the costs. It's a wonderful experience for kids.

This place is my son's favorite place to go. I love that he's learning while playing. It can be a bit crowded, but off times are better. The upstairs outdoor play area is one of our favorites.

My opinion is to go when it is warm out to take full advantage of the museum.there is a playground up on the roof! Lots for the little ones to see and do. It's pricier than I think it should be. The bottom line is that it is a nice place for the kids.. And good luck getting them to leave!

Kids spent several hours exploring the indoor exhibits with everything from trains to glow rooms to a water area. But the highlight was the massive playground on the roof. Tons of slides and areas to climb. Great way to burn off energy :)

My husband and I have had a season pass for 3 years now and often take our two grandsons to this amazing children's museum. Each time we go, it is such a treat for them. There is a great variety of activities and over the past few years we have seen new activities added. Their water play area is very popular and they provide plastic aprons that prevents the kids from getting soaked. Our grands always seem to find the exhibits new and fresh and it's such fun to see them having a wonderful time. We have been to several children's museums and this is by far the best we've experienced. There is free 2 hour parking on the street and a parking lot nearby that charges $3 for several hours. You can bring a sack lunch and eat downstairs if you go over lunch time. If you are visiting or live in the area, I highly recommend Imagine Children's Museum!

From age 3-12, you can't miss. Multiple floors of entertaining, educational vignettes to explore. The staff are extremely helpful and thoughtful. Can't go wrong.

We have taken our children and grandchildren to children's museums all over the country and in much larger cities than Everett but this one is absolutely tops! The areas of the museum tap into a variety of senses and appeal to ages from toddler up to Pre-Teen. It is so cleverly designed and executed. A few have complained that the $9.80 admission is too high but I find that very reasonable and well worth the money.

A playtime extravaganza for toddlers up to about 8-10. Lots of fun for adults watching. Very large spaces, also noisy! Play areas cover almost every subject/field. Go on a weekday morning to beat the crowd and if possible, a nice day for playing on the rooftop playground. Even after 3 hours, it was difficult to get her to leave, but she slept all the way home. Plenty of places within walking distance to eat.

I have a in home daycare and I took my little ones and they had the time of their life. We could of stayed much longer. So much to see and do ...The way they treated us as a daycare was so organized and thought out it was impressive. I only had 5 children and two adults and they treated us like a full blown School outing. They provide us with a large bin to but all of our coats lunches and etc: in had places for us to sit down and eat was wonderfulThe Museum its self is very appealing and on many levels of the building. The one room was the water play room was so exciting I don't think anyone of my kids even talked in there. The Museum provided waterproof vest and also dryers for hands face etc so great. The roof top area has a huge playground equipped area It was too advanced for pre schoolers but a great structure for I would say 5 yr and up The roof top also offered other things for the other agesAll and all its a treat to expierence..Nice gift shop as well. Only wished we lived closer. Parking fee so be prepared.

I took my 10 yr old grandson and although he enjoyed himself, he was one of the oldest children there. We attended a music program that was announced for all, but soon discovered it was designed for the much younger set.

I love taking my grandchildren here. We always have a great time. Only 1 time a parent acted wrong with my grandbabies. Otherwise in the 4 years we have been going we have had a wonderful time. My grandsons when they walk in the door can not stop running and laughing. I just go after them. Great workout also. I do not have a favorite room for every room is as fun as the next.

We have twin boys that are high energy and will be four in about a week. The place kept the boys entertained all day long. We had pizza delivered and took a break to eat. It was rainy so unable to enjoy the roof top. It looks like a lot of fun as well. I would highly recommend this place!

Imagine Children's Museum is a great place to take kids! I would say it's best for kids ages 10 and under. There are many things to do (airplane, bus, stage, play restaurant, animal hospital, water fun, etc) indoors. In addition there is a GREAT play area on the roof. They have a huge climbing structure with slides and all sorts of fun. There is a area to dig up "fossils" as well. Kids can definitely have a lot of fun with pretend play and also get worn out climbing and sliding on the rooftop play area. My only complaint would be that the admission is quite high. It has gone up over the years and no longer is very affordable to take the whole family. If you think you might want to come and visit more than a couple of times in a year it's a much better deal to get a family membership. With the membership you get free admission for a year. We have done that in the past and found it to be a much better deal. We also like that every once in awhile they change up some of the areas. Very fun for kids.

While I appreciate what the museum has to offer as far as an entertaining day for kids, I will never go again. My child went on a field trip and the staff were so unbelievable rude to our teachers that I was actually astounded. It was completely uncalled for.

We were so impressed with this museum. Visited while on vacation, so clean and tidy, exhibits incredibly engaging! Hope to return again someday! The playground on the roof was a real treat!
