grand opera house

I attended a concert of a husband/wife singing group in this revitalized old theater in Dell Rapids. The seating was new and comfy in the back of the auditorium. Up front had older wooden seats that did not look all that comfortable. The performance included a dinner for $8 pp. I would encourage the venue to update their catering as it was marginal at best and I should have eaten elsewhere. A glass of wine made the tasteless pasta acceptable and the company of friends was most important. The term "opera house" is somewhat on target as the charm of this building resembled a small French opera house- more than one in a farm community.
