What a fantastic race shop. You could eat off the floors it is so clean. Nice gift shop and cat walk. The outside is beautifully kept too . This is a must see in Mooresville.

The grounds are kept up like a park, they're beautiful. Inside the receptionist greets you and explains the way to seeing everything. The length of the balcony lets you see cars from both teams in some of the stages they need to go through. Even if you are not a race fan it is worth seeing.

Visited on Monday after the 500 race at Charlotte. You enter into the gift shop. Large Windows into the race shop. But go up to the second floor to the catwalk to look down on the active race shop. But they do all take lunch at the same time . I think it was around 11:30. But the cat walk is still open.

Penske racing has a beautiful race shop, the fan walk is a great place to see them work on the cars. The shop is huge and you only see a small part of it. The gift shop is great you buy stuff from your favorite Penske Nascar and Indy drivers. Staff there is friendly. rest rooms are spotless. The grounds outside are beautiful. Even if you aren't a fan of the Penske drivers it is an incredible place to see!!!

This place has it all! Indy cars, Nationwide cars and Sprint Cup teams all in one facility. If you've ever wondered what is involved behind the scenes in racing, you will see it all here!

One of the better shops to see cars. First they have there trophies and merchandise. Take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and there is a very long walk way overlooking the shop. Of course there is a lot you don't see but we could see haulers and a lot of cars being finished up.

Roger really had the fans in mind when he built this shop. With the open catwalk you can see a lot of action. I was there on Monday after the Richmond race and they were unloading and restocking for the next race. They guys took time to stop and answer questions and the people in the store were so frendly and asked me about where I was from and laugh when I answered that my two favorite drivers are Tony and Kevin. Cant wait to go back.

400 Foot Catwalk where you can see the cars being worked on. Gift shop. Very friendly people. About 30 minutes from the Microtel Inn.We came during lunch break so not a lot of activity.

This is one shop you have to visit. Mr. Penske built this shop and kept the race fan in mind. There is a catwalk with no glass that overlooks the prep shop. They have a nice store to fill your souvenir needs. I will be going back again.

And to start, we are not race fans, but we know the Penske name. It was cool to walk and see everything. Our boys loved it. Definitely worth the hike out to it!

Beautiful facility! So clean and nice! Everyone was busy doing their jobs, oblivious of people watching them.

The best cup shop. Great view of the shop no glass.Great for pictures. Who knows might even run into a driver.

Penske Racing is an incredible facility that is worth stopping to see if in the Mooresville area. You can walk above the shop and watch the activity taking place below. Photographs can be taken as well. It is a great opportunity to see what goes into preparing Cup and Nationwide cars. There is a sizable gift shop with products for the Cup, Nationwide and Indy teams.

Penske is one of the best shops in Charlotte to visit. It is super fan friendly and has a great viewing area that you can see and hear whats going on in most of the garage. A must visit for Nascar fans.
