This is a great facility, located just off the downtown square and conveniently attached to the hotel. Good parking.

A nice place. Not too fancy, but nice. Good for a wedding reception. Always clean and tidy. Odd layout inside the building, kind of confusing and not handy to go to different areas. Areas not well marked. No one present to help, no staff.

For a medium sized conference this was a perfect location. The meal served was very good and the meeting rooms were spacious.

I attended a seminar here in August and I've got to say Ive never felt more unwelcome in a convention center. Not much parking, in an awkward part of the city. It felt claustrophobic, but that could have been just our meeting room.I am unsure if the food was catered in house or brought in by the event planner but it was AWFUL. Chicken was cold and flavorless.

I attended a work-related conference at the Convention Center. As an attendee and not an organizer, I can't speak to the value but I can say that the space was adequate, the bathrooms were clean, and the staff worked hard to make sure coffee and other beverages were available and to clear our tables after lunch. The food was delicious--a good variety and good quality.

Also very quiet and has a lot of history. Parking is a little "different" - never quite sure which drive to from which to depart.

They have lots of literature and freebies. Say 'hi' to the resident cat they have there. They helped us find a park whrere could kill some time between interviews.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Convention center and the staff was great! Everything we needed, they had. They had done some remodeling right before the wedding so the hall looked like it cost twice what we paid for! Definitely recommended!

At least, thats how I look at it. I went to the Bloom Mag Art fair, and it was great. A bit surprised there was an entry fee, somehow i missed that. I have also been to the Soup Bowl Benefit, and several Big Red Beer Tastings over the years. These were all great events what went smoothly, so I would say the convention center did a great job!

We have been guests for meals on many occasions - wedding receptions, organizations, etc. We always find it to be typical "cafeteria" type food - not much taste or variety. Presentation is okay - usually a buffet meal. I don't have extensive experience with convention center dining rooms, so this may be typical. We no longer go with any grand expectations; that way we are not disappointed.
