This is a fine little theater. It has excellent movies at a really reasonable price. It also has local plays and concerts. I would highly recommend it. And on Wednesdays during the summer free movies for the kids.

This rebuilt,beautiful old venue was in total disrepair a few years ago and has been brought back to new. It is a great venue for live concerts and shows first run movies. It is a not for profit establishment so the snacks and sodas are priced reasonable.

Our son was involved with plays here the Park Theatre. That is turns makes us involved. We have been to many of the plays put on by the JC Players. They are awesome. We have been to the movies here also, and the price is great. We have also been to the music shows put on here and they are great. We try not to miss 40 years of college when they are here. Very clean facility, and people are very friendly.

Lovely theater to see a show. Great for romantic evening or movie as a family. Enjoyed summer movie series this summer with nieces and nephews.

Whats not to like.It is roomy,the sound has always been good.Lots of different seating available.I always enjoy going there.

This restored theatre is beautiful and charming! Set in downtown North Vernon, they have first run movies at affordable prices, concerts and plays! A gem!

Very old theater, wish there were more places like this still around. Saw a movie here, I think only theater in town. Not open all the time.

We recently moved to the North Vernon area and were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful Park Theatre. We took advantage of the free children's movies in the summer. Current movies play for one Friday, Saturday, and Sunday-and then move on. Tickets for movies are $4 for adults and $2 for children. With popcorn at $1, why would anyone go to a big city theatre.The Jennings County Players bring live theatre to North Vernon. Regional musicians also play here frequently.The theatre itself is gorgeous, having been renovated in 2003. It is maintained immaculately. You can tell that management and volunteers take pride in this local hidden gem.
